Parking Privilege redemption point: L1 or L9 Concierge
Upon designated spending in MegaBox and present the below spending receipts to redeem parking privileges:
Max. of 2 sets of same-day different-merchants’ machine-printed receipt(s), AND
Union Pay / EPS / credit card sale slip or transaction history in Electronic Payment^ mobile app.
Spending amount of each receipt must be HK$50 or above.
Spending receipts with cash payment will not be accepted.
If redeeming “Movie Parking 2 Hours” parking privilege, 2 CineArt MegaBox (Cinema) movie ticket stubs must be presented (if applicable).
Parking privilege must be redeemed before the vehicle exits the car park. Octopus card used to enter the car park must be presented during redemption. If no parking privilege is needed, customers can pay the parking fee at the gate directly when leaving the car park.
