Located on the 4th floor of K11 Musea, this elegant restaurant offers a refined yet comfortable setting for lunch. We ordered around ten dishes for three people — a mix of Hong Kong, Sichuan, and Shanghai flavours — and were impressed from start to finish.The décor is stylish and well above average, and the service truly stood out. The staff were neatly dressed, polite, and professional — a refreshing change from many Hong Kong restaurants where service can feel rushed or indifferent.We focused mainly on dim sum. The selection isn’t huge, but it’s creative, combining Cantonese classics with Sichuan and Shanghainese twists. Presentation and taste were both excellent, with the turnip cake being a highlight. There were also some unique dim sum items you won’t easily find elsewhere.Part of the Gaia Group, this spot delivers excellent food, attentive service, and elegant décor. It’s on the pricier side — about HK$750 for three after member discounts — but well worth it for the quality and experience. A hidden gem in Kowloon City — this tiny eight-seat sushi bar feels like a quick trip to Japan. Two chefs work quietly behind the counter, serving up fresh, beautifully cut sushi with warmth and pride.We tried toro, oysters, yellowtail, scallops, and uni — all incredibly fresh, balanced, and full of flavor. At first glance, the fish looked unassuming, but once the chef started slicing, you could see his precision and care in every move. The food was really really excellent.What really stood out was the sincerity. The chefs genuinely love what they do, and that passion comes through in both the food and their friendly chat. The space is simple, but the experience feels special. The manager there is very friendly and knowledgeable. We even signed up for their membership — definitely a place we’ll return to.
