Qi Zhong Tian is newly opened in causeway bay. Very easy to spot n convenient!! Relaxing atmosphere with dim lighting,very chill n really nice for a drinks after work.My friend and I ordered Qi Zhong Tian signature cocktail ($98). The red one is more sweet n it's the most popular one out of the 7 colour. More easy to drink with hint of fruitiness. The yellow one that I had was recommended by the staff n it's stronger which would satisfy an alcoholic like me.Besides the cocktails,we ordered a few skewers n snacks.  The Mushroom ($28) is a chinese style one which is quite juicy n tender. Starting my very first food chapter with my fav ATUM's improvisation!!  Sometimes dessert might not taste as good as it looks but of coz for ATUM, every single part of the dessert has its own characteristic, whether or not you have a piece of charcoal biscuit or you have it with the yuzu cream, it tastes heavenly!!  Improvisation is a piece of food art, there are all kinds of ingredients: mixed berries sauce, chocolate/ caramel sauce, dried passion fruit bites, matcha mousse etc. The core of it is a nitrogen-made sorbet like ice which in the past it was raspberry n dark chocolate and now it's lemon and orange chocolate. The combination of sourness and bitterness in the centre of this drawing creates a strong contrast in flavour to the sweetness of the sides. Texture wise, I really love the exploding popping candy with the glossy sorbet, silky lime mousse with crispy meringue biscuit, crunchy honey comb n the gooey soft matcha mochi!!Service is always the best in town. The chef often interacts with customers, asking you what you like n dislike, constructing n painting a personalised one for every single customer. Really really appreciate their concept in making friends instead of "earning money". Dessert is no longer the last course of a meal , it became the MAIN.
