以前係荔枝角返工經常都會星期五黎食個lunch, 一直都覺得佢地啲野食高水準,尤其係啲Risotto隔左年幾約返舊同事一齊黎食飯, 餐廳裝修過但係食物水準仍然高, 但係啲嘢飲難飲左好多, 以前就算跟lunch set有個水果茶好好飲; 重點係啲waiter態度比起以前既staff真係差左好多, 尤其係門口負責接客同埋單嗰位男仔.最離譜係我其中一個同事等左成個鐘份lunch都冇出現, 啲waiter見到其他人已經食緊野有一個人乜都冇, 都唔識主動黎跟單, 連上住個前菜同湯先都唔識做, 最後係搞到我個朋友因為趕時間食唔到lunch所以餐廳offer打包俾佢走;埋單嗰陣唔係我出聲話餐廳上少份lunch需要作出啲補償都唔識俾返個折頭我地, 最嬲係因為趕時間冇特登再check單, 之後睇單先發現餐廳照收左外賣盒費! (唔係餐廳出錯我朋友根本唔需要打包返公司食) 裝修左之後其實唔覺得特別打卡-able,如果食呢間有心理準備真係啲服務唔會好得去邊, 要形容的話我直程覺得啲waiter係做到好厭世咁款, 又咩都唔識跟進, 會影響你食嘢心情。…查看更多

We ordered a Scallop Risotto, Chicken Wings and Truffle Fries;the only item that tastes normal was the french fries (but if you honestly can mess up french fries then you seriously shouldn’t run a restaurant)The risotto arrived looking like it was microwaved over, had literally 6 tablespoons worth of oil that i removed from the dish before we started eating.Risotto was obviously undercooked and hard to chew.The “highlight” was the chicken wings. My chicken wing was literally red in the inside and had blood leaking out, i told the waitress it was undercooked and she replied far too quickly (was an obviously very well rehearsed answer) telling me that frozen chicken wings will always be a bit bloody on the inside, and that raw chicken meat will look a bit transparent?!what a load of bullshit? i don’t know where she found the audacity to bring up such a rubbish excuse for an undercooked dish, maybe because we looked like two young women who can’t cook???she took the wings back and fried them again and there was an obvious difference in the color of the meat. but her stupid response was enough to ruin our dining experience.will never eat here again and i warn anyone else who’s considering trying here unless you have a penchant for undercooked food. …查看更多

I usually don't bother leaving reviews for restaurants but HMV Kafe was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a long while.We booked a table for dinner via the eatigo app, where we got a 50% discount off for the bill, fine print states that we have to return the table in 2 hours (which is something I wasn't aware of at the time but the server did mention when we were seated)Food was mediocre at best. We placed an additional order for a foie gras pasta in the middle of eating and it arrived in 30 seconds. I was pretty sure that it was a mistakenly placed order by someone else that was served to us instead, but it was still hot so I didn't complain.Servers started to clear our tables when there was still food left when the 2 hours was almost up, but we haven't finished our drinks yet so we just paid the tab but didn't leave.They did let us stay an additional hour after we paid until we finished our drinks, but then they promptly chased us away.I can understand this procedure if it was a full house and if there were people waiting, but it was a pretty quiet night with lots of tables left, so I don't exactly agree with their way of conducting business, why are they so sure I wouldn't order more drinks and food if I continued to stay?Either way, this left a really bad impression and it's not a restaurant I would consider returning to.…查看更多
