Ordered a takeaway from this restaurant, 1 hour later we waited it never arrived - Apparently online food and grocery delivery platform driver made a mistake and got lost  - online food and grocery delivery platform tried to contact restaurant to reorder, the owner ignored the cal, online food and grocery delivery platform cs told us the restauraunt is not answering any more. so we tried to reorder 3 times on online food and grocery delivery platform, restauraunt reject us 3 times and even said closed on online food and grocery delivery platform. so we call to find out what the hell is going on. The guy answer the phone just says "I dont want to take the order"... no reason why, no explanation. We question why, he just says nothing, and acting very very  stupid like a kid. we never complained or spoke to him before, no understanding what is his problems are, even we are waiting for his food we paid for for 1.5 hours, no consideration. Absolutely useless every time you try and order from Mong Kok - they change the last order or opening times when ever they feel like it - it’s a joke - when questioned they just laugh. Service as rubbish as their pizza... never again…Read More
