Recently, Morty's decided to downgrade the dining experience by adding QR codes for ordering instead of table service. On top of that, they have a "fine tuning" fee which rounds up the price. This is in addition to the 10% service charge. Making the customer pay more for nothing in return is an awful business practice. Morty's management said it helps their accounting. This is the worst meat I've been served in Hong Kong. It was freezer-burned and old. Every meat dish was horrible.  After tasting each one, we didn't eat any more. We left 90% of the meat uncooked and untouched. We were charged full price with no replacement dishes offered. The chopsticks and spoons were covered in grease when brought to our table. For diners looking for Mr. Korea BBQ: this has different management. They changed the name to Mr. BBQ.  The manager sat on his laptop all evening even after the staff discussed our complaints. With so many great Korean BBQ restaurant in TST and Jordan, this is the worst I've encountered.…查看更多
