Went there for lunch today with 2 other colleagues. The food was very pricy but I guess it acceptable for central standard but the quality was really bad. Portion was small but that wasn’t the really problem. We ordered the mushroom spaghetti with cheese. It was another lunch gathering with my other 2 colleagues and we were looking for some place to chill out for a Happy Friday. So happened to see this place on Open Rice and decided to try it out. From the outside of the restaurant, it looks like one of those small / family owned business. First floor is a small bar area that reminded me of an Irish pub (out of the blue). Walking up to the second floor was the dinning area, and surprisingly specious with lots of detailed decorations (ship in a bottle kinda stuff). The waiter greeted us and explained the menu in a professional manner, and surprisingly, you can add $50 for 3 oysters along with your lunch set. The oysters were delicious and went extremely well with the house white wine. I ordered the crab meat salad and this is a must, I highly recommended it. The crabs were very fresh and it’s rare to find such a quality in hk. The main course was a sea bass, nothing too special after the excited starters. It’s a must try. We had a booking at 7:30pm. Got there a bit early and had to wait for 5 mins, which I personally think is very acceptable. As shown in my photo, we ordered a lot. I think you can skip the “kimchi pizza” but the beef in general is very good. Worth trying. However, I’m not sure if it’s under staff or not enough training. The waitress were not very friendly in general and I had the feel that they want you out of their shop ASAP. Our waitress threw our dishes down and the sauce was split, but it seems that she thought it’s perfectly fine. Good food but desperate need of attitude adjustment. I had the tandoori lamb for my lunch. The sauce was rather light which perfectly bring out the natural taste of the lamb. Pricing was reasonable. Definitely a must go.…查看更多
