Bought a birthday cake at the shop 2 weeks ahead of the big day, but I was very disappointed with their product and services for a few reasons: 1) i wrote in the comment of my order that I m allergic to peanuts and want to make sure there is no peanut in any of the ingredients. The boss only managed to notice my comment when I went to pick up the cake, and he immediately called someone to confirm. What if there were peanuts in the cake... What was I suppose to do? Left without my birthday cake? Should they do a better job to check before it was even made?2) I was charged extra for an option to produce a “message plate” to write something like “happy bday”. My expectation was something edible, however ended up get a piece of paper card with illegible handwriting of my message. Why would someone expect me to pay half a hundred dollar for him to write a birthday card to my loved one on my behalf?3) the cake was very good looking but with terrible texture and taste. Right out of the box, the cake collapsed with the bottom all wet. I couldn’t even make the cake stand in order to put in my candle. We had a lunch gathering (party of 7) at this restaurant, the menu was simple but good. Food quality was also excellent. However there was one particular waiter who had terrible attitude. No matter it’s taking the order, or we asked for help on dishes selection, or even we tried to ask for the check, he kept frowning to us and spoke to the whole table like we are not paying or owe him his life. There were three waiters there on the 2nd floor and this particular one is the one that appeared to be the most junior one, wore no tie or suit, tall, with messy hair. …查看更多

I made an appointment 2 weeks ago and booked a table for 7 to host my mum and mother in law for the mother's day.When I arrived, the guest in front of me didnt make any reservation, but was apparently a usual customer here, and was sweet talking concierge to give her a table, which at the end was allocated a table in a nice corner.  For me, on the contrary, even though made reservation 2 weeks earlier, was allocated a table just right next to the entrance.  When I asked the concierge whether i can get a better location cos I booked 2 weeks earlier, I was given a standard answer "its a very busy day today".Food quality was so so, a few orders were misplaced.Why should anyone spend $80 for a plate of 腸粉for this level of service?…查看更多
