I ordered a hot drink to go. When I requested a straw, three waiter/waitresses came to me and said I could use the spoon in the take away bag. I knew I shouldn’t use straw for super hot drink, but I don’t drink it any time soon so I insisted. Then they wanted to charge me for the straw. 16 dollars is already a lot for a tiny cup of drink and three persons tried to persuade me of not taking a straw. I used to come often and forgave them by getting my take out order wrong several times. I can’t believe that’s how they treat a frequent customer. They told me my prepaid membership card expired while I was trying to buy breakfast. How ridiculous it is! I still have over 400 dollars on it, and they said I should have used it out in one year otherwise I’ll need to apply membership card expansion for a year by putting more money in it, or wait for another 10 days to act the card again. I appreciate they allow customer to expand the expiration date. Thanks for letting me using my money for another year. It’s understandable they are eager to earn money. But their service doesn’t match with the charge. And they don’t care if the customer is satisfied. They food is boring and some soup tastes awful. You just can’t imagine how to spend 800 hundred dollars on them in a year. …查看更多

If you consider their soup taste is awful and the membership card is wasting money, why did you apply it at first time at the very beginning?And yet all the terms of the membership card, including 1-year period shall already be explained to you when you applied it. Given they also state the terms of the use of the card, and you agreed on it by applying, it is quite sad to see nowadays to blame irrationally.

I got the membership card because of the congee, fried noodle and rice dishes, they taste normal. The shop is on my way to work so it’s convenient for breakfast. I tried two three different types of soups and found the combination of ingredients just not right and resulted enharmonic flavor. I got tired of their food after few month and when I restarted to use the card then found it’s expired. The irrational part is ever committed to their membership. It’s a sneaky commercial trick that plays people but doesn’t give any actual benefit. I feel like to tell people what happened to me. The other people would be smart enough and not making the same mistake from very beginning.
