Lai Helen is recommended by a friend when we both went to Macau for a short w/end. I didn’t know it’s a Michelin rewarded restaurant until I sat down and my friend told me abt it. Waiters are well-trained, knows their specialties. Environment makes u feel comfy with lots of chinese-style artistic decorations - in blue theme. Of course, food are excellent too, with all kinds and of dim sum on a book menu. You may also request food that isn’t printed on the menu, we ordered 肉絲炒麵兩面黃, and chef agreed to make that. We were the 1st table arrived during lunch time, so even though we didn’t sit next to the window, we’re able to see the full view of the huge shopping & entertainment Centre, with high-ended hotel resorts - City of Dream 新濠天地.
