This is the best Northern Indian food l have tried from here to India. I was truly impressed by the size of the menu, and they have the largest range of Naans in HK, the Chaats are delish 😋 l had a Mixed Tandoor platter and it was succulent and moist. The Biryani was OK. The Punjabi prawn curry was perfect, but not heavy and creamy, but but light and delectable. I was expecting the wow factor, as the decor looked great, but l was deeply disappointed l spent $1560 for Lunch. I ordered the most expensive Large Meat Grill and various Mezze, The Meat felt like it was dry and not at all tender, so different from the Middle East. The presentation for the Mezze was horrorible, like ice cream scoop splat! The waiting staff were friendly, one guy tried but keot explaining he could not pronounce the dish (then learn!) I decided to book Hunter and The Chase for my Birthday dinner. I realised when l got there that this was previously known as 'Shore', under the same restaurant group. The service was hit and miss, the gentlemen seemed to kkow their menu and were in their 'A' game but a few of the ladies were really bad, and when l asked about the menu, she told me to read the menu!The marrow was okThe Crab starter blandThe Beef Shin was tender but the chef did not season the meat and it was bland! (check your dish before plating chef!! )Bouillabaisse was excellent and a huge portion.The rib eye was 40% FAT a mega disappoint.Seabass was OK, cooked just right.Air con on the Central Plaza was freezing cold as the angle beams down on the table.
