Worst customer service ever! Service from the start was terrible. Put us in the corner table when window sided sests stayed empty for the following hours. Server who took my order was rude and unprofessional, dissing me for not ordering enough expensive items, and pointed at the cheapest item on meun and said that's what suits me. How disrespectful! We were told that the dining time would be limited to an hour and half which we agreed, yet we were constantly being rushed to return the table even we only bern there for like 45mins. Server rushed us to take our last order when we were still waiting for the first batch of orders. Within an hour the manager came to drop off the bill then pretentiously looked at his watch, without any greetings, being rediculously impertinent, and said we needed to returned the table soon, 20 mins before the time limit. The last order finally arrived 5 mins before our time limit, then they told us to leave when we tried to swallow the last dish that just arrived. No one was even waiting outside for tables when we left. What a horrendous dining experience！ The food portions are small and not even worth the price😡🤬Wish I can give zero for service…查看更多

Work close by so not much choices around.....but seriously April K 's hygiene is just terrible......never order their iced lemon tea.....I ordered mine today, and the guy who made it was so sweaty and kept wiping his face with his hands.....then his hands went through his hair ......and he decided to use his hands to pick up the lemon slices......🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮I was speechless as I was right there looking at him making it.......now I understand why sometimes the drinks are off.....especially in summer...they just leave the drinks and lemon slices out hanging in a hot kitchen.....also not happy with they dishes.....if u order dishes with chicken......u will find so much bones in there.....don't expect u will much meat......seriously dissatisfied with this place …查看更多

Ordered 10 oz steak for $288 and it's rediculously thin. Tasteless and cold. Eve steaks at local diners taste much better than this. Totally wasteful of my money.:(Shrimp and scallop pasta taste alright but way too oily, salad has no sauce. The only thing we enjoyed was the free dessert we got from birthday offer. 600 dollars for this low quality and little quantity. Nit coming back. …查看更多
