We booked early for Father’s Day for 5 people. They gave us a four person table and added a fifth chair at one end. The problem was that the table had a rod at the ends making it impossible to sit. When I asked two waitresses to find another table for us, they duly ignored us and went about their way. I had to make a fuss and looked for the manager myself.In the end, we were switched to an even smaller table but at least the fifth person could fit their legs underneath the table.Very unhelpful service and it was apparent they saved all the better tables for their regular customers.So, only go if you’re a regular. I had dined here before and the food was not too bad. This time I brought the whole family. We requested a baby chair but because we were assigned a booth, the restaurant could not provide us with a baby chair. Instead of trying to help us think of possible solutions, the management simply gave us incredulous looks to any suggestion we made. Anything that I suggested was turned down immediately without further thought. There are actually other options that might have worked - e.g. Telling us when the next table would become available so that we can have an extra option, or if the other patrons didn't show up for their reserved table 15 minutes later, that table could be provided to us etc.. The lack of any of effort by the management made us feel that they did not value our business and so we decided to leave for a friendlier and more accommodating restaurant.…查看更多
