This was my first time coming to this restaurant, and I gotta say that I loved it!Staffs are super friendly and nice, very attentive to our needs and super welcomingWe tried their Mushroom Risotto, Stuffed Cannelloni and Caramelized Foie Grass as main dishes: all were exceptional and had great presentations!Then we shared a delightful Cheese Tart as dessert! I like the food here. Big portions and great customer service. They bring your food tray to your table and even offer to help you bring all the necessary cutlery and sauce. However, I can’t say the same about the cashier.They have a system of three steps before getting seated and start eating, which is:1. Line up and choose your meal2. Pay at the cashier3. Wait to be seated. As me and my colleague were on the line and next to pay at the cashier, a guy just suddenly cut the line, it was pretty obvious he was cutting the line! We told the cashier at the moment, but she simply ignored us. After almost what it felt like ten minutes (between the woman taking the order of the guy and serving the guy), she finally paid attention to us, and when we pointed out that she had let the guy cut in line, she just said “oh really?”, and offered absolutely no apologies. …查看更多

Here I am, with my husband, looking for a “new” place (somewhere we have not been) in Wanchai. Originally for today I was craving for a burrito at Cali-Mex. Then we changed plans to go to Star Street and try a “new” place. (Bad decision... lesson learned, stick to your plans, ALWAYS!)All I can say, it’s that we won’t be coming back EVER! Starting from the service to the food, everything went wrong!:1) Slow service, bad manners, waiters didn’t even bother with our request to refill the cup of tea. Simply looked at us, and didn’t even bother coming to check what we needed. 2) My food took literally 20 mins to get to the table, and it was not complete, they only gave me half of what I’ve ordered (a sushi lunch set). So, I had to wait for another 15 mins for the other half. And the size was the tiniest in the world. Even at Itacho I can eat bigger sizes, more pieces, and tastier than here. 3) When it was time to pay the bill, we lined up as usual to pay at the cashier, and the cashier seeing that we were next in line, went ahead to the customers behind us. And even when the customers behind us, told him that we were first and not them, the cashier still didn’t even bother taking our bill, and checked the bill for the customers behind us. The next thing he did, was even more outrageous, he gave us the change in small coins, in hopes for us to leave a tip. Really!? Food is good and Portions are quite generous. However, service leaves so much to desire...We wanted to surprise our friend for her birthday, and there was so much space and seats left... The staff didn’t allow us to come in, and almost ruin the surprise...And when it was time to pay, they said that we couldn’t split the payment into two separate credit cards...We got so dissappointedFood was tasty, and presentation of dishes was considerable great.However, the service really needs to be trained again in Hospitality.They didn't know how to handle different and sudden situations.We came in for a late-dine-in, and we wanted to give a surprise to the birthday girl. We had originally booked for three guests (only three guests will be eating), but at the end we were five sitting at the table (still, three guests eating, the other two were just going to take drinks). As we were seated on a big four-guests table, all they had to do was to bring an extra chair, or accommodate us in a bigger table (people were leaving anyways, emphasis on the late-dine-in...). We got told that we couldn't fit all at the same table, and they didn't offer the option to switch to another bigger table (They had lots and lots of empty tables, we counted at least three!)But that was not the end of the story, when we asked for the bill, we wanted to split it into two credit cards. Their waitress came in with a very lame excuse that they can't split the bill into two cards, that if we wanted to do that, we should have sat on two different tables with two different bills. Since when bills can't be split into two different credit cards?!!! (Said no restaurant ever!!!)We got so disappointed of the place and their service. Went there with cousin to celebrate her birthday. We found the food surprisingly good and well presented. The place is really cozy and makes you feel you’re in Jamaica 🤪🤣We will definitely come back and we will absolutely recommend this place to all our friends. …查看更多

Planned to have a nice lunch with coworkers today. Thanks to the employees, the nice lunch turned out to be an unpleasant experience. Employees are just plain rude, not helpfully at all. We asked them questions about the drinks and food, and they replied without explaining the menu, that we had to pay extra because they don't have the item. Food was ok.
