As someone who lives in the neighbourhood, I’ve been a huge fan of Picnic Eatery for a long time. However I just arrived with the disappointment that the whole menu has changed. We really loved the previous owner along with the staff because they were always so nice and friendly which made eating here feel like home. Though the staff now are still nice, all the previous menu items I would order on a regular basis have gone. Now instead of a light and healthy meal it’s more like a full on starter, main and dessert type of place. The Chicken Shish Salad, grilled whole chicken, and wraps are all gone. Now it’s a lot of meat, steak, and huge mains that are more costly and may taste great, but it’s not what the neighbours can eat as a daily meal but more like once in a while. On Sundays they also had an all day brunch menu which is also gone. Hope they can consider bringing back the old menus which is what made this place special and keep the regular coming back!…查看更多

We wanted a quiet place after lunch to enjoy coffee and chill on a Sunday afternoon, and immediately before sitting down we already wanted to leave, but just didn’t want to be rude. It was really empty and we went in, said hi to the girl barista and no response while she saw us coming in. She just came to being us the menu. We went ahead to sit down, and she just pointed us to the door, again without saying a word, signifying we forgot to scan our Leave Home Safe app. We were ready to order and she didn’t come over, so we went up to the counter assuming we have to pay first. She then said “you pay after you eat” in a really rude voice. Then another customer came in, stood at the counter wanting to order, she also didn’t want to acknowledge her, until the customer said “hello can I order?”. We’re not sure why she’s working here if she seems to hate it so much, we wanted to come here to support small businesses instead of the Blue Bottle that’s nearby, but it really proved us wrong for doing so. TKO is an area where there are too many gimmicky, insta-worthy eating spots that doesn’t actually have great quality food, and you probably won’t want to go there after the first try. However as a resident here, Picnic Eatery is a place I come back time and time again. It’s not fancy but does the basics right- food is always fresh and delicious, healthy and clean. It’s pretty hard to get sick of it and can make a good daily meal. I don’t even eat salads but their Chicken Shish Salad is highly recommended. If you’re a vegetarian, there are also many options and wraps that are guilt free but delicious! Not to mention the staff here are always so nice and it feels so chill and homey here! 平時都好鍾意食toastbox 特別喺將軍澳呢個咁多劣食嘅地方諗住食佢一定穩陣 點知佢連toastbox都低質過其他分店lunchtime買外賣 我前面得3個人 我足足等左15分鐘 鬼咩 個收銀阿姐又整飲品又收錢 個多士哥哥就企左喺度唔知做咩 真係運作得超差 只係想買個魚蛋粉 一共等左20幾分鐘 食都唔使咁耐 仲要杯奶茶超多水 趕時間求其做 唔怪得之其他地方滿座嘅時候呢間永遠都有位啦……查看更多

剛搬來將軍澳不久 覺得Monterey嘅餐廳都好高質無得輸所以搵到呢間台灣菜。我唔食牛肉所以叫左個雞腿面、男友食牛腱面，我地再share個紅油抄手同鹽酥雞。手工麵係好寬果種，好有質感，雞湯超好飲我飲曬成碗😂。雞腿都好有驚喜超嫩超滑！唔想食牛肉麵嘅朋友我極力推薦呢個！鹽酥雞同紅油抄手都好solid，似喺台灣食嘅味道。挑剔的都男友話牛肉麵好好味，好食過好多香港嘅台灣菜！台灣老字號真係有保證，之後將軍澳有鐵膽開餐地方啦。…查看更多

Authentic Indian cuisine with pleasant ambience and seating. I used an app to make the reservation and got great discounts! Highly recommended. I ordered Palak Paneer, chicken Tikka Masala, Aloo Paratha and Vegetable Samosa and Mango Lassi. They were all amazing! Situated in a charming little corner in Ktown, you may not notice it when you pass by. But randomly walked in one day and discovered that it’s one of the best French restaurants in town! The food is amazingly fresh and well made, service is great and the ambience is cozy and unpretentious. The strawberry tomato gazpacho was super refreshing.
