We have been to the original Flat Iron Steak house next to the Vission Cookie which was quite value for money in a year ago.We wanted to revisit this agin and hoped it can maintain its quality and value.However, we were quite disappointed about the Chateaubraid steak which costed $698 for 500 g. We ordered the medium well . This rare part should be soft ,tender, and rich in flavour. It tuned out was tense, lean, and one third of chopped pieces are well done. Yesterday we bought a Matcha Mille Feuille with other cakes at CWB Sogo cafe life counter , & went home by taxi within 15 mins then put them into fridge instantly , but the Mille Feuille was soft & not crispy when we eat . it is indeed disappointing & not worth for $88 each .
