Just visited your Sai Kung branch with my wife and toddler. We ordered a croissant for the toddler first, but when we wanted to order the Green Brunch, but swapping the poached egg for scrambled egg because my wife is pregnant and wants to avoid salmonella risks, the manager and chef resolutely refused to entertain this request, apparently changing how the egg is cooked “spoils the integrity of the dish”.We find the cafe’s inflexibility shocking and deeply disappointing given my wife is pregnant, yet the majority of its clientele in Sai Kung is families. The manager insisted that the menu says “no ingredient swapping”. We would like to point out that this is not swapping ingredients but merely asking for a different way of cooking the eggs. The two-person combo menu is great value for money and has a good variety of choices. We enjoyed the fish and chips just as much as the original branch in K-town. The grilled fish also offers a balanced alternative. Terrible service, rude staff! Between the 7 of us we ordered 6 drinks and 3 desserts. 3 of the drinks didn’t come and we chased them more than 5 times. We waited 40 minutes and eventually they told us they missed the orders. No apology at all. 我同老婆諗住父親節，同四大長老來郊外舒舒服服食個lunch，點知六個人每位$300，食物質素同服務同茶餐廳冇乜分別。雖然有透明版格住，餐廳堅持要我哋分兩張枱，雙方父母四個人一張，我同老婆一張，疫情關係，都算啦。1. 上頭盤嘅時候，侍應就將啲沙律擺晒喺枱度，問都唔問邊個嗌咗邊個。2. 頭盤食咗兩啖就上主菜，好似好趕時間咁樣。3. 其中五個人嘅主菜上得好快，但係最後嗰個等咗好耐先至上，其他人都差唔多食晒。4. 我哋追問完最後個主菜之後，侍應上菜態度極差，又黑面又晦氣，唔單止隻碟好冇禮貌咁擺落張枱度，連佢將主菜嘅汁倒上碟嗰陣都專登倒瀉。明明見到自己倒瀉連一句sorry都冇，服務態度極差！5. 餐廳用餐時間limit左75分鐘，比市區嘅90 分鐘仲要短，想舒舒服服坐耐啲傾吓計都唔得。6. 最離譜就係我哋食咗60分鐘，仲食緊甜品、飲緊咖啡，侍應已經自動幫你買單，有心要趕你走。仲要將張單俾咗四個老人家，完全唔識做！今日係父親節lor！7. 張單我攞左，擺埋一邊，諗住飲埋啖咖啡，等四位老人家傾多陣計先至埋，點知另外一個侍應竟然10分鐘之後再攞過張單一張新嘅單過嚟俾四位老人家去埋！根本係趕客！8. 食物質素都唔好得去邊。大蝦意粉：隻大蝦雖然大，但係隻蝦係梅嘅。蟹肉多士：塊多士唔夠熱、完全好似冇烘過。份黑鱈魚$328，肉質有少少滑，但冇啲日本餐廳煮得咁好，而且份量好細，冇乜配菜，似個頭盤size多啲，貴夾唔飽！9. 去廁所嘅時候趁機望出去白鷺湖度欣賞下風景，但係發覺出面嘅草地有啲垃圾、發泡膠箱等等，有啲不雅⋯$300/位 喺新界郊區係一個極高嘅price point，如果食物質素唔係好，服務態度又差，又唔可以舒舒服服咁坐耐啲，咁我俾個premium做咩呢？？？倒不如去茶餐廳！？餐廳想行高檔嘅路線，但係服務態度同食物質素完完全全唔配lor…查看更多

Barista didn’t wear his mask for the entire time that he was making coffees and kept on talking loudly with his customer friends in front of him. No idea if he accidentally spat in the coffee!
