I didn't try all the pizza and pastas in Hong Kong but these ones are by far my favorite ! Both of them remind me Italy and France.Pizza dough is thin and not too soft / not too crispy. The size is good. Ingredients are tasty.Pastas are delicious. Possibility to choose the type of pasta: fettucini, spaghetti, linguine, etc...
