I visit Saint Germain frequently as the food is always good amazing and comforting. They change their menu each season highlighting foods appropriate for the time of year. I highly recommend the beef which is always prepared perfectly for the temp requested. With that said, the typical HK medium-rare isnt the same as the medium-rare you would see served typically in Hong Kong. So, if you want the HK medium-rare, order medium.  You must also try the truffle ravioli. Tiny ravioli that pack a punch of flavor! The roasted chicken, when on the menu, is delicious.  Those are just a couple of items regularly on their menu. With that said, I can't recall a time when I have had a bad meal here.
