Overall, their food is ok.Spicy sauce tastes artificial and the noodles are average, but most of their toppings are delicious - including the spring rolls they are so proud of.However, save yourself the trouble and don’t order takeaway from this fast-food joint, as they frequently mess up your order. To make things worse, calling to ask about missing ingredients is a nightmare - today it took a 10 minute phone call and conversations with 4 people to have them agree to give us the spring rolls missing from our order. In that time + the time to walk there and home again, our food got cold of course. Checking your food in the option is not really a viable option due to the way meals are served, and considering how often they get your order wrong it is surprising how reluctant they are address their customers’ concern.Overall, this place is ok for some fast food if you’re in a rush as an alternative to McDonald’s - but with worse service quality.…查看更多

Visited for late night dinner. The service was horrendous from the moment we entered despite the waitresses being idle and the restaurant almost empty.They did not properly decorate our table, and we had to ask for every single item missing explicitly. Bad attitude from waitresses, even a busier, lower tier place like Sushi Express has better service.We hoped the food would be good enough to make up for the bad service. After all, the chefs were Japanese so it seemed legit enough.To be fair, the raw ingredients were of acceptable quality, though certainly not worth the price when compared to other options available. Considering their price level, the rice was of low quality - you’d think that they’d use slightly better rice to avoid leaving an impression of low quality, but alas...To be frank, the whole experience was depressing and disappointing, and we wished we had gone to a place Sushi Express or Genki Sushi instead.Summary:- Bad attitude- Overpriced…查看更多
