西寳城海港酒家簡直就是香港飲食業的害群之馬，香港人不留港飲食它有很大的功勞。食物差、服務差、環境衞生差，但係收費一點也不便宜。跟侍應下單7碟菜，等了一個多小時只來了4碟，後來才發現原來有3碟跟本没有落單，負責侍應處理此事的態度簡直厚顏無恥，我們不想跟他們糾持下去以免有失身份，我們只好在小朋友扭計加上未吃飽的狀況下離開，完全掃興。我知堅尼地城只有它一間大型酒家，所以它多年來獨市不愁生意，但我們也不會再忍受它的爛，永遠不會再幫襯。…查看更多

前天去了西寶城海港海鮮酒家買外賣龍蝦, 揀了龍蝦後, 當時看到有一隻龍蝦在缸的左邊反了肚, ,到我畀完錢後交單畀漁王時, 竟然嗰隻反肚龍蝦唔見咗, 各位師兄你哋判斷下發生咗咩事! 我即時向漁王反映, 你有冇偷龍轉鳳, 佢用好唔客氣嘅同我講佢有好多生意做緊!
