Firstly I reserved a table for two for my babe’s birthday. When the waiter reconfirmed with me for the booking, I asked specifically if they would provide a birthday cake with the note I have left for them. They said yes they do have a small cake and and write some words.When we entered the restaurant, the waiter offered us a larger wooden table which could fit four persons. I thought it was nice of the waiter to offer us that.As usual, we ordered the food and try to order wine, but we were told the wine cooler malfunctioned. I was a bit disappointed but it was okie as long as the food tastes fine.We ordered half dozen of oyster, an all you can eat seafood platter( shrimp, crab, mussels, scallops). The seafood platter came first, the oysters taste alright, just one of it tastes weird), but the rest of the platter is like nothing and even it’s “all you can eat” and it’s not even worth the money. Crabs and shrimps taste really disappointing. When we are having oysters, they didn’t even give us the Oyster fork. That’s so not authentic (both the food and the service provided, given that one waiter serves the whole floor at which there are 8 tables).So my babe comforted me and said maybe the entree is very delicious, so as convinced I waited for the entree. The pasta came after and which looks acceptable. When we tasted it, it tastes awful, the noodles are uncooked hard as raw. That’s another disappointing moment.Here I waited the second entree, the lamb rack ($258). It just really pissed me off, taste even worse than the one at regular fast food restaurant. It doesn’t taste like lamb at all. By that time, I was so frustrated and felt embarrassed that I have brought my babe to this kind of restaurant on such an important date.After we almost finished the last entree, someone came in and sit besides us. I was like “ what the ......”, so what’s the point of making a reservation. This restaurant treats customers like a regular fast food chain restaurant does.Last but not least, I was expecting they will be providing a coke with the note I have provided with them before I get my bill. They totally forgot about that and when I reminded them, they said no cake is available but just a piece of pastry and need to be charged separately which is totally outrages. The meal costs over 1000 but even a piece of pastry needs to be charged extra and that the waiter did not even mention it when I asked while he was confirming me the booking.That just made me so furious, so I must share to his to avoid you guys making the same mistake.…查看更多

This pancake used to taste fantastic, but franchising surely lowers the quality of that both in terms of the food and the service. The pancake is never crispy as before and staff there is so not friendly. They used to commit to serve till 9, but I guess they kinda relax the rule closing earlier and earlier and the staff doesn't even feel sorry for not serving it till 9. The price and the quality obviously have a inverse relationship.It's really disappointing. …查看更多
