One particular host of the restaurant ruined my experience here. To be fair, the food was actually good, and everyone else who’s served us was very professional and respectful, except for the host (I think she’s the host, the fat chick who dresses in black, serving on the ground floor today at around lunch time). It’s my friends birthday today and we had our table reserved to celebrate at lunch time. This waitress/ host had been putting up this grumpy face when I first walked in. Usually I don’t care how grumpy u look while standing at the door, cos hey, everyone could have had a bad day, but she literally pissed me off when we got the bill. She presented the bill with an discounted price, which was lower than we expected. So we thought “oh, its really nice of them to give us a full discount!” and I just gave her my card. She came back, with my card, SWIPED ALREADY, and notified us that the bill was wrong, but “here’s your card, and the new bill.” She used my card to pay for a new amount without telling us. HOW RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!!! She did not even apologize for giving us the wrong bill, not to mention to ask for permission to use my card on a new amount. We’ve even paid for a service charge and this was what I got in return? I didn’t make a scene because it was my friend’s birthday, and nothing could have ever ruined it. But honestly, under this covid economy, this restaurant could’ve just fire her and hire a decent person who respects her job, her client, and her colleagues. I love this restaurant, the food is well cooked, presented nicely and pleasantly, but this bit has ruined all the positive reputation of what’s been earned over the years. 閒日晚餐時段兩個女仔去吃，我地叫左一個泡菜炒五花肉、一個大醬海鮮湯（另加白飯）同一個泡菜煎餅，賣單成餐$500幾蚊但d野食有d垃圾...單單個五花肉就已經炒到好似煲完湯d湯渣再切出黎煮咁...價格比市面韓國野貴，但質素卻更差；個海鮮大醬湯得幾粒仔蜆仔，個湯又唔夠濃郁；泡菜煎餅不過不失咁，叫有野落得到肚；只得前菜小食係俾得好足，兩個人食都有成6碟...但我睇完openrice d comment先黎，都中左伏囉…查看更多
