晚飯時間18：00左右，我看到稻香有關“壹蚊雞”的推廣，我跟我傭人一起進去餐廳，開茶開卡並點了一隻優惠的“壹蚊雞”，餐卡上已經註明是收2位茶錢。看到餐牌有關“壹蚊雞”第2條款“優惠以每單入座茗茶計算，2人起才可享用$1雞優惠...”。當我們等上菜時，我傭人有其他事情需要處理所以離開餐廳一會兒。後來上菜了，我傭人還沒處理好事情回來我就先吃了。我用餐期間有服務員包括店長過來說我一個人吃要收取正價（98元），我馬上反映我下單時我傭人跟我在一起是兩個人下單，並指出餐牌寫“優惠以每單入座茗茶計算”，我也同意支付2位茶錢。本來我19:00左右想埋單，但店長說不可以以優惠價格埋單，我說我請我傭人回來，她說“好你請她回來”。等到21:15左右我傭人回來後我去埋單，店長跟幾位其他服務員又說我不能隨便找一個人來就能享用優惠，我指出我傭人跟我一起時點菜，餐廳有錄像可以證明並下單的服務員也可以證明，她們還是不接受，並說我傭人必須消費才行。我指出餐牌所寫的條款並沒有寫某一個客人需要怎麼樣消費才能享用“壹蚊雞”，餐廳不能這樣強迫我們消費。期間店長對我態度非常惡劣。後來我致電香港海關舉報熱線諮詢應該怎麼樣處理，海關人員說我可以把相關材料例如餐牌拍照，然後根據海關網頁的渠道進行舉報，但他們不能馬上派員到現場處理。我為了解決事情能夠離開餐廳，我說可以點一個白飯給我傭人算消費吧，店長和服務員聽到後又不同意並說不能這樣，必須點一個小菜給傭人才算。我再次指出餐廳廣告和餐牌沒有指定客人必須點其他菜才能享用“壹蚊雞“，餐廳不能這樣強迫我們消費，我並指出如果餐廳繼續強迫我消費我只能報警求助。期間店長也致電相信是稻香的高管通報事件，最終說不點小菜也需要為我傭人點一個米飯才行。為了息事寧人，我後來點一個米飯打包。我是稻香多年的客戶，往年也多次吃過“壹蚊雞”，這次食品味道不錯，但服務態度非常差，必須差評。希望商家改善…查看更多

I read their promotional article and got a $20 off coupon from "Eat & Travel Weekly", so travelled all the way from HK island to the remote location of the restaurant.Was really attracted by the $38 lobster. When I walked into the restaurant, the manager was very keen in promoting their seafood. As soon as I showed him the voucher his face was darken immediately. Initially he said I could use the voucher for the seafood that he was promoting.Then when I ordered the $38 lobster + $25 of whole abalone + $9 of lamb satay for the first order, he claimed that the $38 lobster is actually a special price that is limited to 1 lobster per person, and that the original price is $88. He said that in order to enjoy the $38 lobster, my bill has to be at least $100! This is not mentioned anywhere in their poster, nor their adviertisement in the magazine!Moreover, he said that I can no longer use the $20 off voucher and he pointed to a tiny sheet of paper on the wall that says that all promotions are suspended without stating any reason (he later came up with a lame excuse that it's because all promotions are suspended due to CNY holidays, but in fact the holidays were over 3 days ago!). He seemed to have forgotten that he told me 5 minutes ago that I could use the voucher!I complained that I travelled all the way to try their restaurant and it was stated in the voucher that it is valid until 31-3-2010 and no where does it say that promotion would be suspended after the CNY! The manager then said that if I am dis-satisfied I can leave the restaurant.This restaurant has "unwritten policy" of minimum spend of $100 per person before you can order the $38 lobster! We tried this new restaurant at Caine Road tonight. The chef was very keen in recommending "off the menu dishes" for our table. He said it should be around $100 ppl. So we went with his suggestions and ordered the following dishes to share:1. 1/2 Duck cooked in red wine sauce (above average)2. Sirloin steak (below our expectation)3. Baked Salmon (above average)4. 6 Prawns, 3 cooked in garlic sauce and the other cooked in tomato sauce (average) 4. Spagetti Bolanaise (average)5. Spiral pasta (below our expectation)6. $40 bottle of unlabelled mineral water (can't tell what's the difference with tap water)7. Mango jelley pudding (above average)8. Chocolate chesscake (average)Overall, the salmon is probably the dish that is worth recommending, but the pasta was a real disappointment. :)We've been to their shop in TST and learnt that the CWB shop opened yesterday, so we went to give it a try.would recommend their special steamed pork dumpling (rather than the soup pork dumpling), beef noodle soup, steamed seseme buns.Similar to the TST shop, the service was fast and efficient, the food arrived within 5 mins of order. What I was most impressed about was they would mark the language being spoken by customers at any of the tables, and only waiters that speak that language would come and serve the customers.On a weekday, it is recommended that you get there by 12pm to avoid queing up.All in all, a pleasant lunch and would come back.…查看更多
