When approached to decide to eat in this restaurant, the most reason is to try something special. Be in the Michelin guide is meaning to be perfect restaurant with high requirement, perfect service and wonderful good. Everything must be above average. Let’s start from outside waiting time. No rules no one help just someone tell u keep line and wait. After 20 minutes they give table. The presentation its ok no wooow, no waiter help u to find table but someone point somewhere table is it a s u have to find by yourself. We got table and finally place the order. We order: braised chicken soup with fresh coconut (recommended from the chef), steamed eggplants (other special), stir noodles with beef brisket and sweet sour pork.They delivery first the noodles with beef brisket. Small portion with really common noodles cover by 4 pcs of beef. No taste nothing special noodles you can find anywhere in any street food in hk. Very disappointed.Second the eggplants. Nothing more than local eggplant cover from garlic. The only taste come out was garlic. No more.Third sweet and sour pork. It was good but nothing special as Michelin guide required. Taste was good with bell pepper and pineapple but really common.On the end the famous soup.The bring with scenic pot and they put last minute the rouge meat. Later give us time sand and ask us to wait. After ine and half time sand they come and they out the cover and said u can eat. Without doubt the taste was good classic sweet coconut soup with some sweet ingredient inside. Chicken was good quality but no taste since cooked last minute. The main point hear is, we are talking about Michelin guide restaurant, we except more than common coconut soup with chicken!!!Although we ask for soya milk cool since we saw in menu and they said: out of stock”!!! How can be!! The service was absolutely inadeguate for the Michelin guide restaurant since was no enough staff on the floor and we waiting for the steam rice 15 minutes!!Be restaurant recommended in the Michelin star you must respect the basic rules to stay there. Lets go to try the new italian restaurant by borgovivo. The area is close to LKF easy to reach just problem for the car park. The main entrance is nice and environmentally friendly with italian manager welcome. Clean and tidy its pleasure sit down with table. Menu is classic italian many choice and good offer for the set dinner. Good selection for the drink cocktail and wine list with italian wine. We jump the apetizer amd go with main course. Pizza mortadella and burrata rigatoni amatriciana and classic lasagna and tiramisu.Pizza mortadella & burrata: this kind of pizza not easy to find in other italian restaurants and it was good surprise. Mortadella is kind of cold cut famous in Italy because is perfect match with pizza. Taste is so good most make in north Italy not so common in hk but its really good. Burrata is good and perfect match with mortadella. Suggestion need to improve a bit the dough base.Rigatoni amatriciana. This is big challenge for the chef. This kind of pasta come from city near by Rome “amatrice” and make the history of Italian pasta. The ingredients its easy, tomatoes sauce guanciale rigatoni or bucatini, extra virgin olive oil. Thats it! No more no less. Put together is far to be easy its culture for Italian people specifically who come from Rome. This was good. Probably something to adjust like the cooking time of guanciale and the tap finally step but on my humble point of view much better than other restaurants with high claimed celebrity chef in hk. Taste was good smooth tomatoes well cooked pleasure to eat.Lasagna: as already wrote in other my review, lasagna represent the face of Italians SundayLunch. This was good ragù inside was good and tasty but on my humble point of view lasagna must not be melted meet and pasta but perfect layer of pasta filled with ragù besciamella and tomatoes sauce. I do believe must improve in that direction.Tiramisu: history is here. Difficult challenge for the chef. It was good make with savoiardi and mascarpone but i think the liquor was not the right wine on my point of view. There is many choice to have lunch branch or breakfast in pacific place admiralty. Early morning time like around 10 no all is open and i try this kind of restaurant bar. They offer chance to have coffee take away with general croissant or chance to take table. Cant describe which kind if restaurant is western mix asian or whatsoever. Menu is kind if branch menu look like some Italian background mix UK style basically western. Branch menu offer some offer no many we decide to go with “florentina” like Italian name but uk style and avocado toast. The first feeling you have when get the dish is wrong order but later you can recognised its what u order even be honest there is more ingredient than menu description.Florentina: thats no good as the description and the house smoked bacon i think is so dried and no match with rest of ingredient. I do believe there shoukd be description on the menu about the caviar used since there is so many kind different caviar. Quality its important and i have to know which is they used. The presentation is good but definitely the taste is disappointing.Avocado toast: i cant say the presentation is not good but the ingredient and taste bit disappointing as well. Moreover i do believe in the description of the me u mist be mention all the menu when go over of the decoration. Also when i order toast i expect something hot and not warm temperature or semi cold. Not easy choice in that mall many good restaurants. So many tine try to get in this restaurant but long line up dont want wait. For luck i found chance to get in and finally i try it. Environment is very nice staff welcome us. Menu is nice and bigger with wonderful pic. Usually the pic is better than food presentation: this is not the case of this restaurant. The main problem is only in Chinese version and this must be update either english version, even the pic is helpful. We decide to go with pork chop set and chicken set. The name of dish cant say but there is pic can be help. Be impressed the set is big and portion better than pic.There is in the set vegetables rice and dessert. The pork chop fried is delicious, juice smooth taste no dry its very good. Salad with eggs and also salad with sauce. The dessert is kind of mix fruit and beans very good. The chicken pot portion is nice with a lot of vegetables. Taste smooth little be dry but overall good. Drink is not so sweet and refreshing also the flower tea is very tasty and good selection.I was impressed for the price really good for the food quality and portion they serve. Will back for sure. Momoku the name not inspired nothing, the environment is good easy staff friendly. Menu is huge and go from pork to beef french fries special and more. I think they inspired with korean food and they are good to make pot. Most of the solution is in pot and well prepared slow cooking. Many choice for the fried section fried rice and noodles. Good selection of healthy drink. We got with pork cartilage pot and fries rice with kimchi and beef. Pork cartilage pot was slow cooked very good taste and serve in pot style very hot. Portion look like more bigger than what really is but is good taste and well prepared. With steam rice is perfect dish. Probably the portion more generous would be better but ok. The sauce is tasty very good.Fried rice. Thats really good. Big portion kimchi with beef its absolutely fantastic. Itamama name come to my mind like italian mam cooking. This restaurant sure recall the italian name colour and food, its not italian and even pretend to be but, its good food, reasonable price and comfortable environment. I was there for tea time and i discovered they have very good choice without try to copy or destroying image of italian food. We got:- ham cheddar cheese panini, - french toast, - wild mushrooms angel hair in tomatoes italian soup with scramble eggs and cappuccino.Ham cheddar cheese panini. Panini is italian way to call some sandwiches with cheese and ham. This kind of panini they made is so good well presented and fill up with mustard salad cheese ham all ingredients well melted hot enough. Soo smooth to eat and very healthy and light.Wild mushrooms angel hair: nothing to try to copy italian just make in them style and the tomatoes soup its really good and i can say italian style. Scramble eggs is good portion on the top.French toast: this was totally surprising. There is so many Chinese style restaurants in hong kong, often choice one is not easy, choice good one is difficult. Yoho mall I nice mall many choice but my favourite is “shangai modern”. What beautiful entrance!! You can watch the chef prepare the siulombao and other food: amazing!! I do believe they make the best soup in hk. I was there for dinner and as usually u need to line up to get the table. After waiting we got the table. The menu is huge but I go easy for “half” the”braised chicken & pork dumpling in chicken consommé and fried siulombao (forgive the wrote).The soup: its not easy describe since is absolutely fantastic. The perfect fusion of all ingredients dumpling chicken vegetables is fantastic. U cant stop to drink smooth taste and the incredible perfect cooke time of dumpling and vegetables with touch of ham and obviously chicken. In this soup u can find vegetables chicken and soup almost the complete meal. What impressed me more the consistency of this soup: every-time is the same wonderful taste. Suggestion to avoid waste for 3 person its enough half portion since its already huge. Fried siulombao: normally i use to eat steam but after i try one time fried i cant stop to ear it. Sunday lunch difficult choice in times square area. I saw this kind of restaurant and i want to try since name was chicken!! Nice environment and design!! I was surprised to see pizza in the menu and i decide to go for pizza margherita and dodam topokki.Pizza margherita it was ok. Korean style cant say italian but good and also big size and very good ingredient, mozzarella cheese was very good quality. Only little be more cooked would be perfect.The dodam topokki was really good. Mix tomato and kimchi was perfect combination with also the dodam i guess they are kind of noodles so good lovely. When approached to food court u expect to get decent food with reasonable or cheap price. I been to this food court and i choice this kind of italian pasta shop. Environment its ok no service u need to get food by yourself after order. We go with pasta with nduja a d pasta with crab. They name casarecce e reginetteReginette nduja mascarpone and lemon its not italian and nduja is no spicy as should be, probabky instead use mascarpone they mix with cream. Result is pasta bit heavy and not the taste u expect when order nduja. There was no trace of lemon. Casarecce brown crab cacio e pepe. I dont thibk is italian too, abd also is distortion of originale cacio e pepe. Cacio e pepe is famous in italy and in rome. I dont think woukd be destroy like that. Its not easy find place to have lunch in this areas with good food and reasonable price, this is the one. I been there to try it and was a wonderful surprise. Its pure italian thanks for the environment u can feel in italy. We choice rigatoni bolognese and salad.Rigatoni bolognese was outstanding good. Very rich bolognese sauce with beautiful rigatoni “al dente” well prepared from the “oste” Simone. Simone is italian person in charge there and its perfect he cook well and warm welcome the customer.Salad its unbelievable. U can choice for so many Italian fresh ingredients, i would like suggest the stracciatella is so good. You can also choice set, there is a lot of choice including italian soup. Name italian probably thats what they want (in italian language mean hand). Let see if is italian. We got, burrata salad, lasagna, carbonara and tiramisu,Burrata salad: its really small burrata with some cherry tomato. In the menu they say peach but there was not peach. Its could be interested taste it. Burrata is really small and taste bitter. I do believe quite expensive to be so small burrata portion, and read menu burrata salad mean real salad but finally u got small burrata either some cherry tomato.Lasagna: some lasagna layer, little be ragu (it was not bolognese) and cover from mozzarella cheese. Really small portion of what? Some melted food!! Lasagna is the historic dish in italy. In italy eat lasagna on sunday and is very good rich dish with bolognese besciamella parmesan cheese and more deoent of region. Plus is not melted food but good solid big portion of lasagna with meat.Carbonara: thats its horrible. Probably some homemade fettucine and not linguini, make with pancetta cream and spring onion. And also it was cold. I do believe no-one have the right to destroy the carbonara like that. Carbonara is Italian historic dish from Roma. Made with eggs guanciale and pecorino (can be also parmesan cheese). No more. If u want made this such of dish dont call it carbonara because its NOT carbonara is some other dish u invent and u have the right to give new name i repeat no carbonara.Tiramisu: why add alchol like rhum i guess. Tiramisu must be made in right way. Also where is the savoiardi? Too much cacoa and proably too much cream instead mascarpone. Let talk about this experience in this new restaurant. Nice design in entrance staff busy to welcome but ok finally we go table. We try before to book table but nobody pick up phone whole day. We decide to go with burrata salad, pasta cacio e pepe, pizza spicy and tiramisu.Burrata salad: basically mix tomato cherry and roman with HALF BURRATA. The burrata was small and also half portion. Look like we pay only half price (price was full obviously). The texture was so soft and bit sour. Topping with sone pesto sauce (but not make with original basil i guess). Finally the result was really down than expectations. Cacio e pepe: unfortunately this is tragedy. Cacio e pepe is one of the most famous dish in italy specially in rome. What they give to us was some linguine with liquid cheese some black pepper and green bell pepper as decoration or what? I dont really understand since i dint recall this ingredient in cacio e pepe.This is NOT cacio e pepe. I strongly suggest to change the name on the menu. Please stop to do that.Pizza: was with chorizo and mozzarella with some black olive. Small portion with big border. Look like more bread with some mozzarella and salami.not pizza.
