Dear Pasteako Team,I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding an experience my wife and I had at your restaurant on 31 July during our lunch visit. While we were initially impressed by the ambiance and service, an unexpected charge on our bill left us feeling misled and dissatisfied.Before placing our food order, we were offered a choice between still or sparkling water by your staff. At no point were we informed that still water would incur a charge of $38 per person, totaling $76 for the two of us. In Hong Kong, it is customary for restaurants to provide complimentary drinking water, and we had no reason to assume otherwise, especially for           still water, which is typically considered a basic courtesy.It was only upon receiving the bill (Order #37842) that we discovered this charge labeled as “unlimited refill water.” We believe this practice lacks transparency and borders on deceptive, particularly when no verbal or written notice was given beforehand.Following this, we and spoke with a member of your staff regarding the issue.  During the call, we were assured that a refund would be processed.We are still waiting for the refund.We hope you will take this feedback seriously and consider implementing clearer communication regarding any non-standard charges. A simple mention by staff would go a long way in maintaining trust and customer satisfaction.We would appreciate a prompt response regarding this matter and confirmation of the refund as promised.I have spoken to your staff and left my name and contact number. Ordered two cheese beef burger, waited for 30 minutes...quite a long wait so was expecting some good quality burger since it’s quite pricey @$72 per burger. Finally, burger was done. First bite, the bread patty was tough and dry. Second bite, the beef patty was thin, flat, dry and tasteless!!It was a shock! Then I realised it was no longer the same burger shop!! It has changed hands and the chef is different, shop front was also different. Too late to realise that I’ve made a wrong decision ordering it 😱The burger is really not up to standard...even McDonald’s taste better. Will never visit again. …查看更多

It was our 15th year wedding anniversary and we decided to try something new and unique. We were recommended to try Pirata and made bookings for 3 to dine in for lunch. Place was packed when we arrived...good thing we booked in advance. Sat down and ordered butcher's cut for two to share. The beef portion was tender and juicy...medium done served in a good portion size. We had to pack some home as we were already 60% full after several servings from antipasti buffet.This antipasti buffet is included in the lunch set. Really good value for money with a good selection of quality salad, beef, pasta and most important...parma ham!!  This is not to be missed as the selection is top notch. Even something as simple as the bread (free flow) tasted fresh and crunchy!   Part of the set comes with beef balls. I like the tomato sauce that goes with it. Very Italian way of cooking it. The last bit of the set ended with some great desert, tasted like a combination of vanilla ice cream with some nuts and chocolate sundae. In any case it was a nice way to finish off our lunch...couldn't finish it because we were all too full!It's always good to celebrate our wedding anniversary with top notch quality food that's served in a unique way!  …查看更多
