I tried the brisket plater in lunch time, it combo with beef brisket, half rack bbq ribs and two small side dishes. For the quality, I would say the beef brisket is normal taste, not surprise me, quite similar taste with another bbq store in town. But for the ribs, it’s totally nightmare for me, it’s way lower than the average. Some part of the ribs was overcook, taste too dry, even it’s hard to cut into pieces.
