After a long meeting from 10am till 1pm.You have to treat yourself a nice meal for sure.I have passed Vision 8 for a several time already. So i decided to go there for tryI have decided to go for a Salmon & Crab Roe with Spinach Cream Sauce Linguini.It is healthy and fresh yet creamy! To be honest, I was amazed by all the decorations soon as i walked into the restaurant. I can see all my childhood games in here! No doubt this is one of the hippest restaurant around Kwun Tong! i had admired Luxury for a long long time, finally have a chance to visit!As the restaurat does not accept book in, therefore i have pre booked 2days prior.Luckily, the manager sent me the photo of the entrance, otherwise i wouldnt be able to find it so easily.Once entered the entrance, i see a white living room that full of pictures! (chefs award pictures)For starter, i had chosen Hokkaido Scallop Wasabi Green Apple with Garden Salad.The presentation is excellent, it is like an art on the table! The scallop is perfectly match with the fresh diced green apple salad. :) For Soup. 呢排D天氣極凍, 所以一路都想去打邊爐.今日係family day, 咁同屋企人特登去九龍城睇下有乜好食啦其實10間有8-9間都食過晒. 不如就試下呢間啦!排左10分鐘就有位, 算唔錯了.正路揀左湯底先, 問下服務生有無推介, 佢地見議試下佛跳牆湯底, 材料勁足, 同埋味道鮮甜, 之後仲會加入湯。湯是用豬骨和雞殼製成嘅。建議試一口湯先，先再打邊爐,咁就可以品嘗湯嘅原味之前未聽過有呢個湯底, 當試新野就試一次 :) 螃極之新鮮肥美, 無雪味 :)  (利申: 海鮮迷x牛魔王)牛迷必愛! 一煮即溶化, 店員建議"錄"5秒 即可食用! 後尾仲加點多2盤! 因為份量唔多, 如果份量大d就好好啦!滿足的一天! 因為與家人渡過了窩心星期六…查看更多
