I visited this restaurant on a weekday evening at around 7pm, and to my surprise, we were the only customers in the dining room. Despite the empty space, the overall ambiance felt rather lackluster.For our meal, we ordered the uni pasta and the hanger steak with fries. The food itself was decent, though I felt the prices were a bit high considering the quality. What really dampened our experience, however, was the service. The female staff member immediately asked us to keep the spoon from our starter for use with our main courses - an odd request considering we were paying premium prices for a sit-down meal, not a quick fast food experience. Adding to our frustration, when I placed my phone on the adjacent table (which was only about 10cm away from ours due to the cramped seating), the staff member promptly asked me to move it back to our own table, even though there were no other customers who would have been impacted. Perhaps the most egregious service failure was the complete lack of water refills throughout our entire meal. Despite the service charge being automatically included, we felt completely neglected and unhappy with the level of attention provided.Overall, while the food was passable, the disappointing service made for a truly unpleasant dining experience. I won't be returning to this restaurant anytime soon, and I would caution others to carefully manage their expectations if considering a visit. I encountered an absurd attitude during my recent visit. I attempted to utilize their QR code scanning system to place an order, but regrettably, I couldn't locate the specific item I desired. Consequently, I approached one of the male staff members to seek assistance, but his response was incredibly rude. He curtly asked, "Can't you read?" Although I made an effort and may have simply overlooked the item, I find this type of behavior towards customers highly inappropriate.
