Happy weekend! It's time for brunch again, and if you're a fan of oysters, champagne, and the special floral notes of Perrier-Jouët, then you should definitely check out the Oyster & Wine Bar at the Sheraton Hotel for their Sunday Champagne Brunch. At $1238 per person, the price may seem steep, but once you see what's on offer, you'll understand that it's well worth it. I visited Easter Sunday Brunch, and although the weather was a bit unstable, it didn't dampen my spirits. The Oyster & Wine Bar is not only the highest restaurant in the Sheraton Hotel, but it also boasts stunning views and holds many fond memories for my partner and me as we celebrated our second anniversary there.
