I am sorry, but I will not ever come to this restaurant again. I forgot the exact name of the dishes that we ordered, but here is the list:蜜柑鯛刺身 - I tried 蜜柑鯛刺身 in other restaurant before and it gives a bit of 蜜柑味 and I remember I had a big wow when I first tried it. However, this time, I am not sure is it a quality issue or whatever reasons, this 蜜柑鯛 is no different than a normal 鯛魚, and they said they make a special sause for this that basically is a plum sause. In my opinion, the 蜜柑鯛 already don't have the 蜜柑味, applying the plum sause is just an overkill, it is fine to add a bit, but not to overpower to lose its original favor. (Honestly, I really have to assume the restaurant gives the 蜜柑鯛 instead of a normal 鯛魚.)蟹粥 - The favor is fine, but it's not hot at all. It's just at room temperature, and not to mention it's not "soft" enough. I am not sure if it's intended to have this texture or not.牛舌心 - This is the good and it is the only dish that I enjoy.燒白鱔 - No favor. the skin is salty while the meat has no favor.櫻花蝦雞槌 - The chicken meat has no favor. Not enjoying it at all.手打免治雞肉棒- The checken meat has no favor AGAIN, it is bland, the egg doesn't have egg favor.Overall, this is an awful dinner experience. 簡簡單單講一下個人經驗。 嘢食係好味，但係冇驚喜。 網上見到有原隻海膽同安康魚肝，但我呢一餐兩樣都冇。 我明白餐廳冇保證一定有得食， 因為可能餐廳冇入或者可能唔靚， 所以我都冇乜話特別有D咩投訴，但係係有啲失望可能我嗰日去比較多熟客， 感覺上個server有啲忽略我哋。入到去個server同個廚師完全冇問過我哋鍾意食啲咩唔食啲咩廚師每次出嘢嘅時候只係好簡單講下條魚叫咩名同喺邊度呢嚟， 我印像中佢好似冇講過食落去有咩口感， 烹調方法， 食後會有咩感覺。 簡單嚟講，我覺得佢冇話好詳細介紹每一道餸。食飯途中聽到隔離枱話最尾有烏冬會有蔥， 因為我太太唔食蔥同埋個廚師冇問我哋唔食啲咩， 所以到壽司嗰一part嘅時候我已經主動同廚師講話我太太唔食蔥，如果後面有啲咩有蔥嘅時候最好走咗去。 點知道最後嗰個烏冬都係有好多蔥， 最無話可說嘅係個廚師見到我哋揀蔥，就扮睇唔到。 如果我係個廚師， 我就會主動埋去問使唔使換過一碗或者話唔好意思唔記得咗。 我哋個廚師只係負責三枱客，總共六個人。 其實如果有用心，應該唔難唔記得客人嘅要求總括嚟講， 食物質素是可以的，但沒有驚喜。 服務質素唔可以話差， 但如果你畀千五蚊食餐飯， 呢個服務質素完全接受唔到 我個人嚟講， 如無意外應該好大機會唔會再嚟呢間餐廳。 (重申一次，這是我個人的經驗。) …查看更多
