It's not often that I get a day off from work, so when my family and I decided to go for a buffet, we chose the famous W Hotel for their delicious spread. Since it was a weekday, the prices were more reasonable. The food was divided into five sections: the seafood section (with bread crabs, shrimp, mussels, and lobsters), Western dishes (I highly recommend trying the US Premium Beef and mushroom soup), Chinese cuisine (dim sum, stir-fried vegetables, and a must-try dish - the stewed monkey head mushroom and conch soup), Japanese cuisine (sashimi, sushi, and cold noodles, but I don't quite remember them), Parma ham and salad bar, and desserts (the cheesecake and caramel pudding were both delicious). I have seen many people sharing about this restaurant on Instagram. Although I am not particularly fond of satay, the photos looked very tempting, so I decided to give it a try. The satay hotpot was quite good, and had a rich flavor. I ordered the udon noodles with soup base, which was also good. If you like satay soup base, then this is worth trying. However, the beef was not very tender, but the price was still reasonable. As for the other hotpot ingredients, they were about average and not particularly outstanding.Overall, I think it's an average hotpot restaurant that is suitable for local residents. If you don't live nearby, it's not worth making a special trip to visit.
