I recently dined at Tsuga Omakase and was blown away by the exceptional quality of the food. The chef truly is a master of his craft and expertly prepared a series of dishes that were both visually stunning and incredibly delicious. Each course was beautifully presented and showcased the freshest and highest quality ingredients.What really made the experience special, however, was the chef's willingness to tailor each menu to the individual preferences of his customers. He is the most sweetest, generous, and down-to-earth chef I've ever met, and he went out of his way to ensure that every dish was perfectly suited to my tastes. For the price you're paying, you're definitely getting more than your money's worth! It's not often you find a restaurant that delivers such high-quality food at such reasonable prices.Overall, I highly recommend Tsuga Omakase to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience in Hong Kong. Craving for an authentic Italian fine dine? Here is one of the most very few in Hong Kong. Giacomo , located in Crowne Plaza Hotel Causeway Bay won't disappoint you! Giacomo's decor is classy with an exceptionally high ceiling. It is quite a cosy little area that gives you a good sense of privacy yet with attentive and friendly service. Served premium quality of ingredients at a reasonable price. Each dish creatively reinvents classic Italian flavours with a focus on quality, seasonal ingredients and traditional cooking techniques. Start with ham and  then Red Prawns with Caviar. The Champagne tomatoes sauce blends in so well with the flavours of the ingredients . It is so naturally fruity sweet, a bit creamy , but nothing toot hick nor too watery. Indeed it is one of the highlight tonight.  Another twist would go to the Veal Shank Agnolotti with Morel Mushroom. The unique taste of veal shank incorporated beautifully everything from Agnolotti to Morel Mushroom . The veal is so  rich, saucy and tender, together with the interesting texture of morel mushroom. It will make you fall in love with it . However,  Mayura Beef Tenderloin with Black Truffle  is undeniably the star of the show. There is quite a subtle woody, musky aroma absorbed into the the mayor beef tenderloin that melt inside your mouth. It is a silky smooth texture and unrivalled juiciness that you won't feel a penny of grease. What a gorgeous equation of balancing the  flavours exquisitely. Washoku  is a perfect place to have variety of different food to hang out with mates over a drink and chat . I came  Amatsuki with my Jap friend for lunch. She had the Wagyu beef with Sukiyaki sauce set and I had the sushi set. She loved the beef so much . My Jap friend couldn't help  to keep her thumb up so much for the afternoon . LOL. The Waygu is just melted in her mouth and unbelievably tender, yet nothing greasy at all . It was like the very best top quality place we went in Tokyo back in the days . We both enjoyed the  appetisers a lot too. There is a great deal of  combination of creations . Full of surprises. We both get two appetisers each  for our lunch set choice. Not only they look beautiful just like a piece of art. Each appetiser has at least five or six ingredients. It also definitely tested all my taste sensations and explore different texture.My favourite bit would be the smokey touch of the mini slice of pork. I had the sushi set myself. I have to say the way they marinated the sushi rice is nothing like a regular Washoku. I would be convinced if that was made by a starred sushi chef. Premium fresh quality and  perfect size. By the way , I appreciate the detail of perilla frutescens beautifully decorated on top , it's nevertheless make the whole extra delicious too . What a thoughtful lights up. Coincidently found this hidden gem omakase restaurant in Crowne Plaza Hotel , Causeway Bay. Run by a  truly authentic Japanese Michelin Starred Chef, Wataru .  It undoubtedly made my day and definitely coming back . It is by far the best and authentic omakase dinner  ever.  All the dishes are so  beautifully fresh premium quality that it is genuinely very tasty just on its own . Even the rice is such in a perfect taste ,  size and temperature that you won't want any soy sauce and wasabi etc  . My favourite one goes to the charcoal grill light pink fatty tuna, Otoro. It was grilled right in right of youand it keeps the perfect temperate in time when serve . It seriously melted in my moth naturally, best one in Hong Kong.  Eating at the bar and watching the Jap chef to craft all single dishes right in front of your eyes, zero commercial chain feels. This place reminds me one of Alexander McQueen collection. The lilac floral all over the ceiling and the settings and the lights . We were lucky enough to have the table in one a very few carriages.  I am falling in love ...Cocktails is a must in here. They are all inspiring and bloody delicious. Love all these newly opened restaurants in harbour city OTB . They are all built in massive piece of glass window just by the harbour. Stunning sea view of the light show as a side dish is no longer for  luxury only . Artisan  de la truffle has its  new branch opened from France . Very chill for a quality dinner at reasonable price. Of you are a spicy + hot pot lover like me , you should give this a try . I went may hot pot place saying it's spicy soup base, but none of them are really spicy . There usually will be lots of chilis in it, but it just doesn't taste anything like a single chilli in there. I always wonder why . Today, I come here, saw this place from articles before saying this is a true spicy hot pot branch originally from Chongqing . At the moment I entered the resty, I saw a map of dozens and dozens of branches in Chongquing.. Alright . it's not joking . Surprised to find this everyday surf n turf place . haha. Grilled Angus Tenderloin with Grilled Lobster Set $168This best value of surf and turf I have ever had.  Lobster is bit small , but come on for the price I am paying , I am not complaining at all . Very strong taste of beef too .  Stone grill is hot enough to let it cook naturally to your own standard. Top Blade Muscle 180g  $80It is much cheaper and better quality than pepper lunch .  If I were in a rush for fast food . I would definitely go for this .
