First time here for a business lunch on a Friday. We ordered 2 lunch sets: Unagi bowl + Wagyu salad for myself and Beef nabe + crab salad for my guest. Not mentioning that the food is just very regular, the portion is too little compared with other Japanese restaurants in the same building or around the same area. My lunch set arrived first, and my guest had to wait for another good 30 min for his to come, when my food was already cold. We reminded the waitress a couple times, and she realized the unusual waiting time for my guest, but there is no apologies or anything. It is an embarrassing experience for a business lunch.
