A friend recommended this to me awhile back so decided to give it a try.The surprise started with the bread......Chocolate and Walnut.The starter was either soup or salad which were both good.There were four of us so we chose 3 different main courses to try.The catch of the day was pan fried Barramundi over Uni Risotto. Visited a few times, but only decided to do a write up on this occasion. Booking done via WhatsApp, very efficient .Started with a big bowl of braised Shark's fin, enough for two to share. Follow by the steamed Threadfin fish ( 凍馬友魚) served at room temperatureThe chicken was also very good but pricey. Everytime I visit Macau, Portuguese cuisine has always found itself on the agenda of culinary stops. Always been casual local bistro type venues ...never tried fine dining until now!The deco is almost a reflection of Don Alfonso at the Versace hotel next door. Chic with a touch of elegance. But the food is really the WOW factorThe quicker starter was a beef tartare in a tempura cone. Very well seasoned and the beef was filled almost to the tip.Then the star of the show: Mesa signature seafood rice ( Arroz Rico de Marisco ) with Mediterranean Red Prawns. Read about the new Don Alfonso at Palazzo Versace in Macau and popped over to try out the lunch.The whole restaurant ( including the toilets ) is decorated using Versace signature home products.For the quality of food and service, the set lunch is cheap and cheerful.Unfortunately totally forgotten about the rule of camera eats first....The Osso Buco is a MUST, the saffron risotto among the best I have had (including Milan )Excellent service, and most surprisingly the waiter was about to explain the dishes and all the ingredients in English and Cantonese Definitely worth revisiting !…查看更多

I booked through Openrice for an 8 pm seating. It was a Friday and the place was jammed packed. We got there early and was asked to come back at 8.We ordered the meal for 2 with 25 % discount.The starters were Tomato soup and green salad. They were both tasty and looked inviting.The main courses were Truffle and mushroom risotto and Fish and Chips. The risotto was done well, a little al dente but the high light of the evening was DEFINITELY the Fish and Chips Crispy beer battered, one of the best I have had in Hong Kong for a long time.Finished off with deserts,which was a bit of a let down but guess we were full.The only criticism is that they were very rush to serve the main course within minutes of the starters...😳Definitely go back again and again......…查看更多

I don't usually do write up on restaurants I visit. This one is a surprise so made an exception. The pastrami was well cooked, with a hint of black pepper after taste. The filling was generous too, I guess I totally forgot about the US portion size and..…… the french fries was Goooooood! Deep fried twice . Definitely worth another visit…查看更多
