I'm writing this review even without tasting the food since the service so far has been horrible.The initial lady at the door was definitely not friendly and was even insistent we don't stand in front of their Ad board, which clearly no one cared about.The waiter grudgingly took our order and after taking the order made a rude remark of using the app to order leaving us unclear if our order was made or not. Plus the app to order was in Chinese so I'm not even sure why he said that.There are much better Italian places in Harbor City and TST. Wouldn't come here again.…查看更多

For a "fast food" restaurant they took more than 40 minutes to prepare my order. They claim they called, but the buzzer never went and then I had to stand at the counter for 15mins. The burger was cold. They strongly recommend the BBQ chicken burger but it was horrible; dry and chewy. To top up the bad service, they also gave me the wrong drink.…查看更多

We came here for lunch on Sunday. First, the price is hugely different and so it's more like 200 per person. You can find much better dim sum and Chinese bbq restaurant for this price or even cheaper. The service wasn't great but not rude either. We came here at 7.25pm and the first thing the waiter said that we have 1hr 30mins per seating. We ordered the salted beef tongue, which was chewy and not edible. The pork was also quite bad. Chicken skewer, scallops, oyster and vegetables were ok. An hour into our meal, while waiting for our final dish to arrive we decided to order one more dish which was rudely refused because we only had 30mins left. In fact the guy immediately brought our bill and asked us to pay first, all this while we are still waiting for our final dish to arrive. When the last dish came, he offered to move me to another table so we can finish eating it. When I further complained, he said he would speak to the manager and come back, which he never did. Went here for lunch and dinner in the same week and didn't feel it was too much. The dim sum are different from normal like the truffle shrimp har gao and the lemongrass spring roll. The truffle crispy chicken and fried fish in olive sauce are also very good. The dan dan xiao long bao is spicy but worth a try. Service is decent. Overall it's a good place to go. Price is probably more like 300 to 400 per person, but still good. Also, the dishes are light so you need to order more, but then you get to try more. …查看更多

The restaurant was half empty yet they made us wait 15mins for a table. We ordered bbq meat, beef, pork and fish. They only served the pork and fish and then we kept waiting for the beef. We had to remind them thrice before they got us the beef claiming it had to be served last, although no one had told us before. When we finished, it took us another 10 to 15 min before anyone would look at us so we could ask for the bill. It ruined our celebration dinner.
