I was searching for food in Tsim Sha Tsui after work, I saw a huge signboard on the street. I have never tried morocco food so I went and had a try!! My friend who lives in sham Shui Po knows that I’m a big fan of ramen. He recommended a “hidden” ramen shop that not on the busy street like Mong Kok or central, but in the array of Cheung Sha wan and sham Shui po. So I come to this shop to have a try!! This is the interior design of the shop. They use the simple wood as the design. It feels pretty Japanese and traditional. The menu is simple. They offer two type of strong flavour soup and three different toppings.We had also ordered this fried dumplings. The skin is very crispy and the dumplings inside are very rich with meat juice. This is the best Japanese dumplings I had ever. But I girlfriend said it is a bit too oily and as if they are deep fried. Doesn’t feel like very healthy. This is the pork soup ramen. From the soup colour you can tell they are very rich in meat flavour. The taste is very strong but never make me thirsty. I didn’t even need to drink water because of the strong flavour. So I guess the strong flavour comes from long boiling hours to prepare the soup. For this soup, you can definitely finish all soup!My girlfriend ordered soy sauce noodle. This soup is lighter in taste, but the noodle and bbq pork taste is rich and dominating. My girlfriend prefer this because she doesn’t like too strong flavoured soup.This is the famous Japanese style boiled egg. From the egg York you can tell the egg Is just cooked and the egg white colour indicating that the egg is sufficiently marinated. In the middle of our dinner, we realise that the noodle texture are different. One is more yellowish, which is harder in texture, while another one is more whitish, softer in texture. My girlfriend prefer softer one because the noodle flavour is stronger, while I personally like the yellowish more for the texture Last but not least, I want to special highlight the barbecue pork. As you can see, the dark and crispy part is evenly distributed on the surface. It is pretty difficult to make crispy surfaces without distorting the proper shape of the meat. After work, my girlfriend and I were looking for a restaurant for dinner. At first, we were attracted by the design of the restaurant. It is  simple and kinda open designed on the top floor of Langham place. This shop mainly serves burgers and western style food. Recently Hong Kong has been opening more and more burger shops. We wanted to try the burger here too.We ordered the signature burger- duck liver and beef burger ($148) and served with combo (including fries, soft drinks and pickle).  The fries are perfectly fried. crispy skin with right temperature.Take a look at the burger inside. The oil from the duck liver sank to the burger steak. It actually add the juice to the burger, making the burger stronger in flavour. I personally like this burger a lot. The second food we ordered is BBQ pork ribs and fries. compared to the burger, the pork ribs are grilled in a more tender texture, but drier in terms of meat juice. Probably it is because there is no duck liver on top haha. Although this oen is also strong in flavour (BBQ), Apart from the food, we also ordered a berry shake. The granule texture makes the drink extra refreshing.total bill for the night was around 428. It is not a very cheap price. It is located in Soho in Central. I was attracted by the reptiles in the restaurant when we were searching place for dinner after work. 放工後係中環搵餐廳，呢間餐廳入面放左唔同嘅動物，有蛇，蜥蜴，有別一般餐廳，就決定一試😛I was going with my girlfriend, we ordered two "The Hungry Snake Dinner" set. We chose : "Andaman Crab Casserole" & "Aberdeen Typhoon Chicken Kara-age" as starter. 同女朋友兩個人，叫咗兩個白蛇晚餐。前菜揀咗焗蟹肉配麵包片同香港仔避風塘炸雞。The little bowl was filled with crab meat and the sauce was perfect matched with the crab and toast. The chicken was nicely decorated with crispy veggie. Last week for a dinner date with my girlfriend, we picked up this restaurant for its high score and good reputation in OpenRice. Probably it's because of weekday 6:30 pm, not yet the peak hour, so we could easily get a seat. This is all-you-can-eat style restaurant. Usually,  this kind is not a good place for a dinner date as the space is usually crowded but not for this one, which shown in the picture - each table having sufficient space. 上星期放工同女朋友食飯，係openrice見到呢間餐廳評分頗高，加上可能是因為平日(6:30pm)，唔需要等位，就決定一試!!有別於一般放題，枱與枱之間空間充足，適合傾計。We sat down and ordered Hokkaido 3.7 Dairy Cattle Soup for our seafood set dinner. While we are waiting for the food, we went to the food station to get some vegetables, salad, some meat balls, fried toufu skin roll. 自助區有唔同種類的蔬菜菇類，沙律同日式前菜...自製天婦羅係餐廳賣點，頗受歡迎，經常要排隊到雪櫃揀選食材(蝦,南瓜,蕃薯等)能夠自己控制粉漿厚度，有驚喜。One interesting selling point of this restaurant is self-made Tempora. we got some food in the fridge, ranging from shrimp, pumpkin, japanese potato, etc. Then dip them into the sauce, bread flicks, and lastly fried them into oil. I saw quite a number of people queuing for this. And we had 6 of them. It is pretty fun to have tempora in this way. We could control how much fried sauce we prefer.This is the Hokkaido 3.7 dairy Cattle soup. we found there were quite a number of beef brisket in the soup. And the soup is not too strong in flavour which may cover the freshness taste of seafood. 牛乳湯底加入了牛腩件，挺特別。味道濃但唔會蓋過海鮮味道，唔錯。We can found a super huge scallop, some clams and 2 big shrimp. I personally the mini-octopus. The freshness is the best. 海鮮拼盤的帶子size好大，有多種貝殼。我最鍾意迷你八爪魚，味道新鮮。This hotpot place also offer a oil separator tool which I rarely see in other hotpot shop in Hong Kong. My girlfriend is a health freak so she appreciate this the most. 設有隔油器好適合鍾意打邊爐又怕肥的女朋友。When we check, the waiter offer two cups of Haagen Dazs Ice-cream as dessert. Actually there are a fridge outside offering a wide range of ice-cream. and I had already had 2 cups of ice-cream, one in tofu flavour and another one in matcha. 甜品區種類多，雪糕味道眾多。試過豆腐同抹茶味，但係埋單後，店員話套餐包括兩杯haagen dazs 雪糕。Overall, this shop is recommended to those couple who are looking for a good hotpot place with not so crowded and noisy environment. I was going with a friend, the smallest size of pizza was 9’ inch. It looked huge so we two did’t order the signature pizza. It is so chill to chat and relax here with the stunning view. Since this week is Valentine’s Day, the menu changed!! There is a huge section of tea for the set and we finally chose Paris-Singapore tea and Choco-mint Truffle tea🤤It was a bit sad that the food and drinks arrived 45 minutes after ordering. I went here many times before. Every time when I come, the price increases. It's getting more expensive to eat here.The hotcake was nice, strawberries were fresh. If you ask anybody on the Internet, where the most traditional dim sum place to go in Hong Kong is.  You may well get the answer of Lin Heung Lau, which is shown in the picture. It is known for its long history in making traditional dim sum. There are many tycoons and influential people still having their breakfast here every morning.I went here because i love the yum cha place in Central. Therefore, i would like to come and have a try!!We have to search the seat ourselves. Some old dim sum were sold here, such as big bun (dai bao in cantonese), 銀針粉, etc. You probably cant find big bun in many dim sum place in Hong kongI like this cake most (ma lai go), it had heavy brown sugar taste and it was so soft. It's never cheap to eat in a western style restaurant with a chill environment!! Probably because of the location-yuen long, this restaurant doesn't charge you a lot. This soup is rich in cream flavor. I went here because i saw some recommendation on social media, using charcoal for korean bbq, which is not similar to other korean reastaurants in HK.The reality was a bit different from my expectation, because the use of charcoal was different from the ones in korea So the taste actually not much wood taste.Kimchi was nice and it was contained in the box (in the right). There isnt any hong kong style bbq grill restaurant in tai kok tsui. This shop is quite new there!!Upon checking , this is actually one of the chain-restaurants selling bbq snacks at late night. It was quite expensive as you wont easily feel full when eating snacks. However, if you are really starving, you could select the rice for the drumstick🍗is one of their famous food, it tastes good!!I didnt order a lot as i went here after dinner but its still costing around $150 for 2 people (defintely not cheap)…查看更多
