預訂了11:00am與朋友食 early lunch 但是餐廳完全沒有告訴我們 他們有lunch Menu 直至我們已經埋單走的時候 看到其他客人點的菜式和門口的餐牌才知道他們有lunch menu 這和平常餐牌價錢差了至少20% - 30% 感覺有一點被騙食物質素一般 牛肋骨肉放出來的時候還未完全解凍 我們要把還結冰的牛肉放在爐上燒其實銅鑼灣有很多比這店性價比更好的韓國餐廳 經過這件事後 感覺店家不太老實 我想我以後不會再光顧了…查看更多

I called to order the bday dessert for my friend few days before I visited the restaurant and reminded the waitress again right before I made the order for the food. However, the same waitress still missed the dessert and needed me to remind her again after I asked for the bill…The crab and sashimi were not fresh. 見天氣幾好 上山頂行吓 之後去奈雪的茶買麵包 看到櫥櫃還有南瓜嘟嘟 準備買的時候 收銀員說剛買完了 到我拿包的時候 我發現還有一個南瓜嘟嘟在櫥櫃 我就問為什麼我不可以買 有一個自稱副店長的人說其他人已經買了 但是身邊沒有人在取包處 也沒有人準備拿這個麵包 我就說沒人拿為什麼不可以賣給我 他們說顧客可能等一會會回來 然後就把麵包包起來放在一旁(請見圖示) 他的意思是你可以早上10:00去買麵包 然後他們會把麵包留給你 直至他們關門前也可以取 真的是太荒謬自問是熟客的我根據過往在這裡購買麵包的經驗 他們是你買完之後 要立即取包 不會幫你存放 我之前光顧時曾經嘗試問不少於三次 可否幫我存放麵包 我過一會再回來取 因為我去行山 不想拿着麵包去行 但他們每一次都說不可以 我在等侯取飲品時過了大概7分鐘左右 那個包還是只放在枱面 沒有人取 請看相中的收據(購買時間)和他們店裏的時鐘 當我說我要投訴的時候 那個副店長絲毫沒有理會我 其他員工說正店長那天沒有上班 除了OpenRice外 上網找不到任何投訴的機制 實在是投訴無門我自己也決定以後也不會幫襯這家店 他們對待客人傲慢之態度真的令人很失望…查看更多

The whole dinner needs to take 3hrs+ to finish. My bad for arriving late at 7:30pm last night. So it was quite rush to enjoy the dessert part (served at 9:55pm). Resturant closes at 10pm but then the waiter asked me ‘coffee or tea’ at that time, so my husband and I thought it is inclusive for the set dinner. We ordered one tea and one coffee, and being served to us at 10:05pm. Then the waiter told us at 10:07pm that they need to close soon as they need to follow the strict rule of K11. We finally left at 10:15pm and the coffee and tea charged us at $150. I feel like I was being fool by the waiter that the drinks aren’t include in the set so they shouldn’t ask customer to order given I only have less than 10mins (and have to drink very quick) to finish the drinks 😌 Really quite disappointed on this, so we end up didn’t give any tips! I went lunch there today. Ordered one kimchi pancake plus two lunch sets, grilled spare beef ribs (701) and ginseng chicken soup (711). As both sets serve with rice and this would be too much for me and my friend (two people in total for lunch today), so I requested to make one bowl of rice to takeaway. However the bosslady rejected my request and said the rice is for dine in only then instantly took away one bowl of rice. I then asked her why I can’t get the food for what I pay for in Cantonese but she hasn’t replied me. As I was too hungry so I didn’t further ask her and I just wanted to finish the meal then call the police for I can’t get my food for what I pay for. As my friend had other stuff to do in the afternoon, he didn’t want to waste time in this incident so he ordered the second bowl of rice to dine in there and ended up we takeaway the kimchi pancake. Honestly if not because I have other matters to deal with in the afternoon, I would definitely call the police and post what I experienced on the medias for being treated unfairly from this restaurant today. My comment to this restaurant is super disappointed. Her attitude to customer is rude and totally unacceptable. I’m willing to pay for $2 takeaway box and I don’t feel she has the right for not giving me my food for what I pay for. As I never experienced such kind of services in Hong Kong and I would recommend all of you not to go there as this kind of restaurant is totally not worth to support! …查看更多

今日經過駱克道見到強記 一直知道這間店很有名 亦想試好耐 因為已經下午五點 所以坐低只叫左個糯米飯同朋友share 一食覺得非常非常好味 而且店員態度也非常好 完全無嫌我哋兩個人只叫一碗飯 仲送多兩粒冬菇畀我哋 本身自己好鍾意食糯米食品 上星期去咗某非常出名既五星級酒店飲茶食糯米飽 真心覺得強記糯米飯水準比嗰間五星級酒店實在有過之而無不及 所以最後我仲外賣多個糯米飯留番今晚宵夜 以後我一定會常常幫襯 下次一定再試埋個粥同咋喳糖水 平時我真係唔多會寫review 但今次真心覺得呢度既糯米飯超正 真心好多年冇食過d咁好味嘅糯米飯 真係忍唔住都係要happy share …查看更多
