Impolite and unwelcoming staff, very unprofessional. Slammed the food onto the table, threw the table cloth right onto the bar right next to our table. Forgotten my side dish, no apologies, nothing said. Handed the bill over to us from the bar and expected us to hand the bill back for her own convenience instead of taking the time to walk round to settle the bill. Super disappointed! Food is average and customer service is very poor. Me and my boyfriend had great anticipation to try this restaurant as we were attracted to the avocado trio burger we saw on the reviews. As we walked in the restaurant, we were greeted with no hellos and the waiter immediately drew his temperature checker in our foreheads and waved us to sit at a table. When we had sat down at our table there were no menus to be found and the waiter did not bring it to us until we asked which was very strange and rather unwelcoming. The waiter had no expression on his face and lacked basic customer service which i feel was the minimum requirement as we were the customers. After we ordered our food, the waiter mistakenly gave our dish to the next table and only after a while he took it back and placed it onto our table (who knows if the other customers had touched it or even sneezed on it) No apologies were given and the rest of our food followed. Food was very average, would go elsewhere for better mexican food. We ate quickly, and asked for the bill as we were eager to get out. The bill came and my boyfriend gave his card(union pay) but the waiter bluntly said mastercard or visa, again with no manners, not once he had said “thank you” throughout the time we were at the restaurant.
