On 16-02-2025, my family and I had lunch at a Thai restaurant in the airside area. While we enjoyed the meal, there were a few concerns that we need to mention. We ordered these dishes:Whole Hainanese Chicken:The chicken was tender, but the flavor was weak. It's unclear if this is due to the source or how it was prepared.Shrimp Noodles: This dish had a strong flavor. However, to my surprise, even though it was a holiday, 1st July, there were only three or four occupied tables in the restaurant, which contrasted sharply with the lively atmosphere of the nearby restaurants, leaving me puzzled.Nevertheless, I came here for the food. We ordered a series of signature dishes, including half Hainan chicken , grilled chicken and pork skewers, boat noodles, and fried fish skin, fresh lawns as recommended by my friend. Overall, these dishes were indeed quite nice, especially the chewy and delicious boat noodles and the crispy and tasty fried fish skin, which offered good value.However, the fresh prawns and the half Hainan chicken were not able to fully meet my expectations.
