We went there during lunch hours, around 12:50pm and finally got a table at 13: 40pm. When we are queuing, I asked the waiter if we can order in advance so we don’t have to wait that long when we after sitting down.His answer was: NO, advanced ordering is not possible.When we finally got a seat and start ordering, the waiter told us we will have to wait for at least another extra 25mins cos theyhave to bake the pancakes. Come on, then why don’t you let us order in advance when we are queuing???? Since we have been waiting for almost an hour and we cannot afford another half an hour before going back to work, we asked if they can take our waiting time as a booking to our next visit for another day.The manager’s answer was still: NO, we cannot arrange reservation for any other day. You must come at 10am in the morning to our place for the reservation....After waiting for 50 mins, I am shocked that there is no alternative arrangement at all!!
