Passed by the other day and saw a promo for snake feast. Booked for my family and went tonight and boy did I regret it. Upon entry into the ground floor, the place smells like a sewer pipe has burst - not quite sh*t smell but not air that’s breathable for an establishment that serves food. Snake soup tasted horrible and the fried “snake coil” is nothing but the carcass of the snake w no meat and all bone. We asked for shredded lemon leaves, often served w snake soup, and they didn’t have any. Mediocre food aside, what annoyed me most was the bad service. No one seems to care about their job or the customer and every answer is curt or as if you’re annoying the staff by asking. My aunt asked what one of the dishes was and the male waiter mockingly took the plate and stuck it close to her face, sarcastically saying “it’s chicken “! I literally O-嘴ed. Fung Shing used to be one of my fave restaurants. But over the years, the restaurants fell under diff ownerships and many are not even associated w each other any more. 星期六朝一家三口去食早餐，太太食咗熟蛋和火腿通粉，飲凍奶茶。太太30分鐘後嘔吐，好彩阿妹冇事。餐廳自稱有五星級廚師管理，但係幫我哋個女侍應只提供一星級茶餐廳服務，無論對我哋或旁邊嘅客戶態度都極差跟無禮貌。餐廳食物嘅味道唔錯，早餐價錢合理，但係要注意服務態度！Not a pleasant experience. Yes it was a busy morning and they were understaffed but our server had serious attitude, which was not necessary or appreciated. (e.g., woman next to us asked for water and waitress rudely snaps back “no water!” 冇水啊！). WTF?!!
