The environment was uncomfortable—very crowded, with no windows and excessive noise from the air conditioning, making it hard to enjoy our meal.The staff's attitude was unprofessional and unhelpful. They didn’t ask if we wanted to order dessert, even though it was part of the lunch menu, and when I tried to ask, the staff had already left. There was no one around on the second floor the entire time, forcing me to go downstairs just to order dessert. When I approached the staff, I was met with a dismissive attitude and was even reprimanded for not queuing, despite just wanting to inquire about dessert options. To top it off, we were asked to move with a very rude demeanor.Overall, the combination of a poor atmosphere, unhelpful staff, and disorganization made for a frustrating dining experience.
