太好食唔記得影相🙂但係開心果格仔餅餡料100%真材實料。超。好。味。格仔餅香脆可口，外脆內軟。 個醬食到好香嘅開心果味，同埋一粒粒碎嘅開心果😋唔係我飽我真係唔介意食多個☝🏻同老闆傾左一陣計，知道佢每份雞蛋仔同格仔餅都好比心機整♥️其實做食客幫襯一定食得出老闆真係有研究過點先整得好食香港仲咁有心整一樣咁簡單嘅港式傳統美食嘅人已經越來越少🙁但係小店難做，可以有機會幫襯嘅一定要多啲去，希望老闆長做長有，生意興隆🏆Best pistachio waffle I’ve ever had in HK. The waffle was incredibly well cooked, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The pistachio spread from Italy is very flavourable, just from the very first bite you can smell AND taste the crunchy pistachio nuts. It’s definitely a texture you will savour yourself in.Had a chat with the manager of the shop and it’s evident he is a man who works hard and gives his 100% on his craft. Upon starting the business, he says he had thrown away 3 garbage bags full of failed attempts of bubble waffles until he got the taste and texture exactly right. That is the definition of dedication.Hopefully more people would appreciate his work and come visit often as business such as these are hard to come by, especially during these difficult times. 上晝喺西九龍政府合署攞完野,，見行返返去地鐵站個時有啲口痕，想食個包，所以就入去睇吓佢有冇菠蘿包賣。我本人非常喜歡吃菠蘿包同幫襯啲唔係連鎖店嘅麵包舖，支持吓啲小店嘛🤗 入到去都幾乾淨企理, 啲包都排得好整齊，每格都有用蓋擒住，唔會比啲烏蠅蟲仔飛入去偷食🙂 我𥄫下𥄫下終於比我搵到我嘅至愛😘 諗住搵個盤同夾夾,但係唔係好知係邊，有善嘅店員哥哥仔就問我想要咩，我話要菠蘿包，咁佢就唔知係邊度變咗個夾，好快幫我夾左個，入咗落紙袋。我比完錢就攞咗走，即刻邊行邊食。。。首先要讚下，我一咬落去啲皮冇甩晒出嚟係幾咁難得嘅事☺️有時連鎖店嘅麵包舖都會整到啲菠蘿包皮甩到一忽忽🙄第二就係佢入面唔係齋空氣或者好多好大嘅窿🙌🏻第三就係佢個菠蘿包有XX冰室嗰啲一樣咁大,但係價錢就係冰室價錢嘅一半，即係$4咋😱😱😱 轉過隔離街嗰間麵包舖都要$4.5🙂 我點解知？因為我都幫襯埋佢哋買咗個菠蘿包同墨西哥返屋企🤗加多$4仲有菠蘿油添, 我就冇叫啦，不過下次有機會嘅一定會, 因為佢寫明係即整嘅😙咁嘅價錢有咁嘅水準，真係令到我不得不寫呢個食評🥳我join咗OpenRice咁耐呢個都係我第二個食評, 亦都係我第一次寫咁多咁長嘅中文😀我仲為咗save低個地址，專登行返轉頭check下個店名，喺呢度開咗個新List叫做Bakery🥐不過有讚亦都有。。。改善嘅空間。個包係室溫溫度，其實唔係好大問題嘅，不過都可以諗下點保持住佢一新鮮出爐嘅暖溫度，同埋我見唔到有墨西哥包，好似得奶油墨西哥包，如果有傳統齋墨西哥包就好啦👍🏼希望多啲人睇到我呢個食評會去幫襯下啦😊…查看更多
