完全同menu圖片中的賣相兩回事。上到餐台先發覺唔對路，感覺好多客人都係被門口出面的餐牌的相片引咗入餐廳，尤其見到好多外國人指完餐牌後就行咗入去食。碗黑塌菜滷肉飯嘅白飯份量真係勁多，女仔應該好難食得曬，但喺落單時又冇少飯依個選項，可能要同侍應講先有得少飯。上到嚟先見到個賣相點解同menu咁唔同？！肥肉幾乎縮水變曬瘦肉，菜碎一pat嘢，唯獨是隻糖心蛋睇落仲唔錯。成個出品好似被人食咗兩啖咁，菜同肉喺飯面鋪得好求其😑，甚至菜肉同飯的比例不均勻，食到仲剩返三分二嘅白飯時，要靠朋友碗湯麵啲湯去送飯了。。。碗番茄湯肥牛麵也一樣同menu相片好大出入，肥牛加埋，總共得兩塊半左右加半條青菜喺麵底。番茄湯完全冇番茄嘅酸味，不過都濃郁，但係有少少好微嘅罐頭湯味。另外套餐的牛肉串味道就好正常。見到隔離好多人點套餐脆皮雞/燒鴨，睇落仲okay。…查看更多

最近食過最好味嘅pasta! 推薦spicy crab and italian sausage penne! 啲sauce coat得啱啱好，fusion咗所以有微辣但接受到，提升咗整道pasta嘅味道。啖啖都有crab mix sausage，pasta al dente口感一流🤤番茄汁tagliatelle用咗日本帶子，雙面sear得好𡃁，剛剛好，入面仲保留到鮮甜嫩滑嘅口感。雙對penne、tagliatelle番茄醬汁多啲，所以麵的軟硬度會偏淋少少。house salad雖然內容很普通，但食得出濃郁橄欖油嘅香味，再coat埋芝士調味出嚟的醬汁好好味。同埋啲青瓜🥒好新鮮好爽脆。番茄仔都好用心，煮完去皮達到鮮甜爆汁嘅效果。Overall好好味，不過餐牌價錢嚟講偏貴，同埋最後服務費係12%，（沒有特別感覺到服務特別好或熱情，都係正常service）。如果人多嘅話可以試下特大pizza一齊share。…查看更多

入座時姐姐有啲黑口黑面，指住張檯話用餐時間1個鐘。坐低後，問佢關於餐牌內容，亦都好冷酷咁回答。態度好好咁問多句都唔係好想招呼，感覺侍應唔係好熱情友善。見到依間食評都多，亦話高質抵食，所以諗住試一試。見到好多相賣相都okay。實物都ok的，尤其杯椰子冰。船河啲湯睇落都好濃，賣相亦接近食評。牛肉份量okay多，4粒牛丸。但船河味道就真係好正常，食到差不多見底先發覺，船河並沒有俾到餐牌相內含有的炸豬皮，應該是畀漏咗，同埋啱啱先見到menu牛丸應該5粒，但當時我地都費事同姐姐講，唔想佢地畀面色（雖然都有相機食先為證）。份海南雞飯，雞都算嫩，某些肉多嘅部位就有啲太實。個油飯就真係麻麻，冇雞油味只有顏色，飯好乾，因為黐住一舊舊好似冇撈勻啲白飯，所以會略見兩隻色嘅米mix埋，口感亦都怪怪地。份量偏細可能男士唔係好夠。整體感覺唔係真係食評寫的咁高質咁抵食，同埋味道真係很普通。主要係service一般，收銀時都係黑住口面，臨走時同姐姐好nice咁講咗句唔該，都係黑住口面當無聽到。…查看更多

Previously been to the Wanchai branch, and really enjoyed their steaks, only it was slightly hot and smoky in the restaurant the last time we dined there because their air conditioner was down.This time we made a reservation at Causeway Bay. The restaurant is located at lower ground floor at Lee Garden Two. The restaurant is slightly unnoticeable and is relatively quiet on a Friday evening. Due to work schedule, we phoned in to modify the reservation time, and the lady over the phone was very friendly.Throughout dinner, the waitress who served us was very enthusiastic and friendly, especially when providing detailed information about the menus and portions. On the other hand, the butcher over the counter was slightly cold and looked unhappy when taking orders. The steak tartare we ordered was very fresh, served with toasts. The combination with the condiments altogether was fantastic! The ribeye steak took quite a bit to be served, along with sautéed broccolini and the yummy portobello mushroom fries, which we strongly recommend! The steak we asked for medium rare, was a bit disappointing when it got to the table, the plate was not as hot as the other branches, and the steak looked as if was just seared on the two sides, and the temperature of the inner parts were still cool from the butcher counter. Our previous experience at feather & bones was that the plate was so hot and the waitress would remind you to be careful not to touch the plate, the steak would be hotly seared with grill marks outside and very tender and warm from within, with juiciness. This steak we ordered looked nothing like that, so we spoke to the waitress who served us. She was so kind to bring the steak back to the kitchen and had it reheated, though it came back slightly well done after the second cook. She came back and checked if it was okay, but we didn’t not want to trouble her too much so we enjoyed the rest of the meal. We felt she felt bad in our dining experience, so she was super generous in giving us discounts on drinks and sides later at the bill. 以前銅鑼灣依間水準都唔差的，好多東南亞外籍適應態度都唔錯，後期裝修完換咗本地適應都有仲有服務。今日去到感覺突然好似去咗茶記咁。坐低後適應就開始掟碗碟法。食物味道並沒有變差，味道同以前一樣都唔錯嘅。但係服務態度真係無得頂。落單全程黑口黑面，上菜又唔提供齊晒啲配料。以往點牛河都會畀定啲青檸辣椒薄荷葉等，依家要自己問有無。好驚訝，問完仲要用好不耐煩的態度叫我地等等，個個表情都好惡。最後，仲要收服務費… 咁嘅服務真心唔想俾加一。好失望。服務態度有待改善。…查看更多

On a busy Friday night, we walked in without any reservations, and the receptionist served us warmly with a big welcome. As we were brought to the table, she was very cheerful and wishing us a happy Friday and told us that she will later bring us some drinks that will be on the house. After the waiter had taken our orders, he then brought the drinks menu and insisted us to select two free drinks from the menu, he noticed we were quite hesitant with the selection and decided to introduce the drinks one by one, extremely caring and thoughtful.All the dishes were excellent, very exquisite, tasted really authentic. Ingredients used were fresh, especially the squid used. Previously when we tried the suckling pork, it was amazing, especially the apple sauce used as the base. This time we wanted to try the iberico pork pluma. Again, apple sauce has been added to the side to balance the grease from the pork. The combination was really good. The highlight of the evening was the Chorizo Tortilla, omelette on top of creamy potato slices, with some chorizo slices on top. The taste of chorizo was very strong and tasted extremely well with the omelette and potatoes. 位於elements二樓樓面鋪位闊綽，環境坐得舒適推薦滑蛋吉列豬扒set，好開心非常之豐富，有漬物，沙律，炒雜菌，刺身三種，白貝麵豉湯，茶碗蒸仲有杏仁豆腐配搭成set御膳。雖然價錢偏貴，但豬扒汁真係非常之好味🤤。豬扒皮脆內軟，多汁。滑蛋配有shitake蘑菇做base。食完成set非常飽肚。十勝牛肉味道正常，沒有特別，都沒有set。同平時食開的和風味接近，但酒味偏重少少，牛肉稍微厚切啲。什錦天婦羅有長腳蟹一條，魚一件，蝦天婦羅兩件，蘆筍兩條，甜薯一塊。炸得焦脆，蝦和魚的口感非常嫩滑。成set口感同味道都幾好，但價錢偏貴。…查看更多

食飯時間排隊通常都會好長條龍。等待時間比較慢。招牌泰式沾麵好特別，其實有少少似越南撈檬style，也有啲蔬菜在內，只不過將醬汁轉做咖哩。可選擇紅或黃咖哩，若選擇蝦就係配紅咖哩，雞肉應該係可以配黃或紅（需確認）。今次點咗紅咖哩，椰汁味道濃郁，偏辣，蝦都好大隻不過唔係好嫩。沾麵食到最後若咖哩醬汁仲有剩，可以另外加粉。青木瓜大蝦沙律係用花生醬配搭類似蝦醬的醬汁去調味。內含有蝦乾同埋花生粒，食落有少少辣。蝦乾食到最後偏鹹。泰式炒海鮮味道好惹味，送飯可考慮。有魷魚大蝦同埋帶子。齋食真係好重口味，食到最後好鹹好鹹。可考慮配搭白飯或清淡湯粉。Overall，賣相都非常吸引，份量會偏細份。味道好重口味，好鹹好鹹！不過下次都會再試下招牌船河同埋燒雞，希望唔會好鹹。…查看更多

味道okay，份量都好足。牛湯味濃郁，不過牛肉份量真係好少，得三塊薄切，好薄好薄，食完就要齋食麵好寡。花蛤湯清甜，花蛤都正常多，麵都有手工製麵口感，相比起牛肉麵花蛤材料多啲。店內選擇不多主打麵類煮食。Mandu嘅size好大隻，kimchi偏辣。其餘仲有韓式煎餅。店鋪細，店內服務態度不是很友善，見到waiter對其他客人有嫌麻煩的tone同面色，態度不是太友善，但仲要收服務費。。。整體感覺味道還好，未至於要特登排隊去食。食過一次知道味道就足夠嘅感覺。…查看更多

點心味道非常普通，蛋撻迷你size，無特別。燒賣皮口感似豆腐皮，怪怪地。點左碟叉燒同半只燒鵝，不如普通酒樓或連鎖燒味舖 e.g棋哥嗰啲嘅脆皮，依間啲皮不脆肉些少鞋，可能特別在會淋啲花生醬汁。整體係食高級環境同打卡purpose，因窗口位可望到海景。點心同燒味都不如average酒樓。同朋友一齊去，感覺好失望，又貴又普通。…查看更多

My friend had arranged a gathering at this cafe, she arrived slightly early and ordered food and drinks prior my arrival. In the beginning, upon my arrival, I was led to my friend by this female staff. The cafe was quiet and not too busy, but I realised the staff members were unable to serve me. So I went to the side to grab a menu to see what to order. After my drink order was taken, I decided to perhaps take another order for food later on. This elderly male staff came to me with my pot of tea, very patiently explaining the procedure of drinking the tea with a very friendly attitude. Ten minutes later, the female staff who led me in, came to our table and asked us to order some food other than drinks, which we felt really weird as if she was slightly forcing us to order something no matter what. My friend had already had a piece of madeleine, so I decided to go to the counter and order a piece too, along with a Canelé to go, which they recommended. As we were having our regular conversation while sipping through coffee and tea, the female staff came to our table and took away my friend’s mug which she had some remaining bottom of her coffee left unfinished. My friend was very shocked but never minded to stop her as she was almost finished with the drink. Throughout our little catch up, we noticed this female staff had been wandering around every single table that had customers, browsing through their empty plates and mugs, and regularly asking and taking them away as if this is her habit, despite that this is one of the Hong Kong culture in lots of cha chan tengs, it can be slightly impolite to some people when they are enjoying their meals, especially in a high end French owned cafe. After a while, we noticed she started asking people to order more food again. We understand the fact that there is a minimum charge per person, but the staff was pretty pushy, forcing people to order additional items which felt unpleasant. Plus, it was a regular Sunday afternoon, and the cafe did not seem to close soon, the staff approached to different tables again, including us, handing out the bills and asking customers to pay already. We immediately felt pressured to stay in the cafe a minute longer, my pot of tea was halfway through, but she decided to serve customers in a way as if she was trying to tell us to leave, when the cafe was half empty. We would understand this kind of action taken if the cafe was packed and busy. We decided to leave afterwards as the experience was unwelcoming. 看到youtuber介紹說是很正宗的日本餐廳。也見到網民話大部分lunch排隊的都是日本人，所以決定去試一試。入到餐廳後，環境比較舊式，被帶入的餐檯位置在最埋邊角落頭，但有浸莫名舊式酒店房內傳出的發霉味道，不知是否餐廳環境比較舊也比較潮濕的原因。不過因見評論話非常正宗就考慮試咗食物先。首先點了基本的串燒，味道還可以，食物上嚟溫度都非常熱所以滿意，份量也偏大份。唐揚雞感覺味道就很普通，沒有太出眾，出面好多地方都可以搵到好味好多的唐揚雞塊。不過剛炸完就即上，也是趁熱食的，所以味道正常好味。油甘魚鮫燒得唔錯，很香口。元氣豆腐是廚師推介menu，也是youtuber特別介紹，所以點來試一試。很特別，這道菜非常之高蛋白質。一磚豆腐配埋wasabi納豆京蔥拌吞拿魚碎再加隻溫泉蛋，味道配搭都幾特別，不過醬汁偏多，食到最後非常之鹹。刺身真心失望。賣相都正常，不過刺身拼盤並不便宜，這個價錢在其他地方可以食到好好味好新鮮的刺身，又或者今日唔好彩，真係冇撞正新鮮刺身的時間段。赤身吞拿是冰片硬塊上的，還未完全解凍，咬落去似咬緊沙冰，最後吞拿魚解凍後啲自帶血水也流出。另外海膽偏黑，擺盤也是散的，入口仲有浸off咗的臭味，不敢再繼續食。最後就是昆布拌椰菜，好大份、超大份，好味不過醬汁也是太多，偏鹹。感覺整體就okay，不算是好出眾，可能冇點到youtuber力推的大腸鍋又或者鰤魚豬大根「售罄」。不過刺身都幾失望。我諗去過一次就差不多的餐廳，唔會話經常會想食返嘅嗰種，因為有很多好味很多價錢差唔多的居酒屋。…查看更多

Amazing food! The restaurant vibe is superb! It is located in the very inner quiet neighbourhood of Tai Hang, lovely and quiet for meet ups, brunch/lunch or dinner if you fancy. They serve a three course meal just under 150hkd for lunch, depending on what mains you go for, drinks included. I went for the signature EFC cauliflower, and it tasted amazing!!!!! The breaded texture is so crunchy on the outer coat and very juicy on the inner. For the main, the poutine portion is rather big for the ladies I think but tasted well, my friends ordered a chilli crab angel hair pasta and the other ordered a pumpkin risotto, which the dishes all looked delicious. And again, they couldn’t finish their dishes, so you can imagine the portion is generous. The dessert is served with half a chocolate cookie and a vanilla ice cream scoop in the base, which tasted really really nice too. Strongly recommend this place for their amazing food. 置於太古廣場地下 Pret同Salad Stop 對面。每日菜款不同，主打黑蒜味牛肋骨。其他餸菜每日不同。套餐組合一個主餸一款配菜 配飯底，可加湯或飲品另外收錢。環境睇落乾淨而令到我想去試一試。可惜第一次點嘅泡菜豬肉被鹹到啲白飯係完全不夠送埋。第一啖食落去都覺得啲豬肉幾香口幾好味，但係愈食愈鹹，條脷同個嘴係感覺被鹽業住， la到要搵周圍搵水。泡菜本身係好鹹的，相信廚師可能不記得，豬肉又調味到鹹得制。同我同行的同事都係點咗泡菜豬肉，但只食了半兜就食唔落了因為太鹹。 相信主打的黑蒜牛肋骨應該都會比較重口味。不過西蘭花配菜都ok嘅。:( 怕鹹重口味的朋友們，可能選擇冇汁的餸菜會適合啲。…查看更多
