Came for a coffee with a friend and right from the beginning something was off. The staff had some of their friends visiting it seemed and they had several dogs with them running around in the place and barking - very annoying, but the staff didn't care. Staff took no notice when we entered, seemed like we didn't exist.I asked for a menu, the staff ignored me twice - I asked AGAIN and they hissed at me that the only menu was the one glued to the bar counter!!! When I came to the counter to look, the staff angrily yelled at me to put on a mask, despite the fact that the other customers in the coffee shop, seated near the bar, was not wearing a mask. Needless to say, we left immediately after having experienced this terrible service.There are sooooo many lovely coffee places in Central, don't waste your time or money on this one. …查看更多

This is the kind of place where the staff are so cool and arrogant you need to beg, literally beg for anything that looks like service.Food took ages and when I asked about it, the manager in the place hissed and me, asked me to calm down and wear my mask when not specifically eating. I feel this place is such a curse, in the kitchen they've got some amazing chefs making truly amazing food - but the service is just always arrogant and terrible.Every time you show up, the "hostess" is ready to roll her eyes at you, make you wait additionally for now reason and talk down to you.
