之前返工成日經過呢間壽司店都無機會試,難得今日放半日可以試下。lunch都差唔多坐滿晒,好好彩重有一個吧位俾到我。間左隔板有啲迫,不過係可接受範圍。揀咗$680壽司set。先上沙律,正常,茶碗蒸好滑夠味。12件壽司入邊有兩件野生吞拿魚,師傅話係青森縣產,一件醬油漬另一件腩位,估唔到依個價位lunch都有野生吞拿魚,好好好食!石垣貝爽甜,鰤魚啱啱開始season都算肥,馬糞海膽鮮甜紫菜夠脆,穴子差不多入口即溶,我覺得最好食係依件。其他壽司正常水準,無加太多花巧嘢,師傅說話唔多但食得出用心做。暫時可以收藏,有機會試吓夜晚。…Read More
