Been here for all my family occasions, birthdays, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, winter solstice…. Han Mama always makes you feel home away from home, cheerful, caring and sending presents from Korea for all the festivals. Today is a Mother’s Day and she sent a walnut and red bean pastry. Sometimes she will treat extra freshly make kimchi/snack that she made for the customers. There’s the only bubble tea shop in To Kwa Wan by that time and I was looking so forward to it.I have ordered the normal hot milk tea with bubbles. When I went back home 3 minutes away from the shop. Took it out and the cap wasn’t closed properly..... all got split. I’m so angry coz it split everywhere in my kitchen. Then called them up for 2 days but no one answer the phone. Went back to the shop and told them about the carelessness, and they just said it shouldn’t be happened then I showed them the photo... they said ‘a sorry’, that’s all.Furthermore, the bubbles are so soft and not chewy at all, also the milk tea has no tea taste too.Wished there’s a nicer one nearby in the nearly future so that I don’t have to go for it again.…查看更多

Did come at the same time and they said the beef is out of stock. Tried to pop in again and they served beef on today.Surprised with the environment, European style but serving Korean. Pretty silent after rushed hour and can enjoy the a relaxing meal here with the fab dish. …查看更多

I have never had the angriest meal at KFC like now!!!!I am the KFC member, however, there’s no egg tart and no tortilla can redeem when I ordering the food.The food is not hot at all, and I saw the chicken leg, I thought I ordered the wrong dish. When I was them what is that, they then queried and asked me what’s the problem.... I said is that called chicken leg? The sales suddenly gave me a long face, and hardly found another proper one without apologies!! Moreover, I don’t want to ask them to add more sauce for the my chicken rice with no sauce and the rice is undercooked!!! Why should I pay for the dinner, got the unacceptable food and also need to checked by their long faces? I would never go to that KFC again!!!!…查看更多
