It is pleasant and enjoyable watching how the different kinds of baguettes, sour doughs, pastries, crossiants...etc made and decorated by hands through the glass window.   They offer a great varieties by putting a lot of different flavours and texture into it, e.g. nuts, dried fruits, beetroot, kale and quinne, making it super healthy with surprising great taste. It is very overcrowded and noisy in this brand new yoho mall I. Waited for a while before I finally sat down with my family for a weekend lunch. I have been to other outlets many time, so I know what I am expecting. Lunch menu has a good variety of choices, reasonable price for a meal in a decent size, served with salad+soup+bread+drink.As the restaurant is newly opened in Yuen long, the food is generally better than other outlets. This small Italian restaurant is truely a hidden gem, located in a quiet corner of Kowloon City.  Their food is totally out of my expectation.   I order a lunch set of roasted iberico pork as recommended by a friend.   The dish looked a bit dull, but its taste was suprisingly good.   I didn't really know what was the difference of Iberico pork and other pork before.  But Iberico pork really taste different.  It was tender, juicy and had a distinct pork flavour.   YUMMY~~…查看更多

When all the other restaurants are still closed in the morning or when you are in a rush during lunch hour, here is the place for a decent quick meal in Festival Walk. I went to putian with my family and ordered a set meal for six persons. I thought their portion size are small, but they weren't so we end up taking away two dishes. Their selling point is they used traditional cooking method and food from fuk tin province. Their dishes are quite different from those in most Chinese restaurants, which it is good for a change. General speaking, their food was not bad but I am not a big fan of it. Nothing really surprise me. It may be comfort food for some people, but not for me. Their service is good, however, I think they put tables too close to each together which made it so difficult to walk to your chair. They have clear illustrations of how much coffee, milk and cream you would get in each cup of coffee you ordered. They are passionate and are willing to tell you what are the difference between expresso, piccolo, 3-quarter, latte...(I can't name all of them)I am not a coffee expert to describe but their coffee suits my taste. I like my coffee to taste pure, a little bit bitter but not sour at all. 3-quarter and piccolo are what I preferred. I ordered take away coffee from them many times. Each cup was made to perfection. This time I tried their pasta, simply delicious and al dente. They hold themselves to a high standard in food and drink they serve which I really appreciate. The restaurant is like a pub with warm and cosy environmental where you can sit back and enjoy the food with friends and families for hours. They provide kid’s activities in the weekends so that they don’t get bored while parents can enjoy their food. Their price, $235 for adult, is very reasonable as you get to try different German dishes in one go. Meat lover will love it here, as they serve German style roasted pork knuckle, sausages, beef, fish fillet, ox tongue, chicken curry….The meat have strong flavor, a perfect match with German beer. Their curry is not bad too (German curry?) Also, with unlimited supply of bread, pizza, quiche, seafood, salad, cold-cuts, roasted pineapples, pumpkins, desserts and Dreyer ice-cream. This burger shop is a small shop located in Kowloon city but serves nothing like normal beef burger i have tried. I can feel that the chef had put a lot of efforts in creating the special burger recipes in local style. Their burgers are all perfectly made and taste impressive. The sorrowful burger and Thai burger are my favourite. The pork chop inside the sorrowful burger are sweet, super juicy and tender. I like the crust on top of the burger where you normally get it on pineapple bun. The burger as a whole taste sweet with cooked onions at the bottle. The pork chop in Thai burger is hot and juicy. The avacado inside add a refreshing taste into it. Chips also taste great with salt, vinegar and a taste of cinnamon I guess. I will definitely come back again and again and again...…查看更多

A cosy place with high quality Japanese food for hanging around with friends a. But I wouldn't recommend for family with kids. II waited ages for the food and I have to chase the food several time. This is the second time we have Sunday brunch at this restaurant. This time we booked from the Japanese restaurant as it has massive window with magnificent view.  The semi buffet bar provides wide range of delicious Italian and Japanese food, including salad bar, cold cuts, sushi, sashimi, seafood …including oysters, which are the best I have ever tried!!! The overall food quality of the buffet part was better than those served in most 5 stars hotel buffet restaurants. However, the most disappointing thing is the main course.  We ordered beef and fish but only had a little bit of it.  I didn’t take a picture of it.  They are poorly made by the kitchen. It is definitely not what you would expect for the $ you have paid.
