在中午飯時,叫了個乾炒牛河特價午餐,過了大約數分鐘後,侍應告知今天沒有牛肉（真或假㗎？）要改為猪肉乾炒河,我既然而坐下了,所以就說都可以.心想可能牛肉比豬肉貴,所以臨時改為平價的午餐代替.過了大約十分鐘後.餐送到枱面,但眼前的景色令人十分失望因為猪肉片太小,河粉黐在一起,沒有鑊氣.真是差極.During lunchtime, I ordered a discounted lunch special of stir-fried beef ho fun. 味道一般服務不錯但,但是坐位非常狹窄. 名過其實.與其他酒樓相比,不過如是.非常令人失望,我相信在酒樓牆上的米芝蓮介紹的招牌是從以前鳳城留下的銀牌,沒有拆卸下來的.因為看樣子,留下的銀牌已經發銹了.可能有騙人之感.點心我覺得只有炸尤魚比較有水準及材料充足.韭菜餃普通,腸粉亦不出色.义燒包的义燒不够充實,普洱茶的茶味不濃.但是其他可以讚的是侍應,他們都細心及照顧週到.去此處酒樓的交通方便,但酒樓的位置比較容易隱藏,需要問附近的人,才能尋獲The taste is average, and the service is good. However, the seating is very narrow. It's overhyped and doesn't quite live up to the reputation compared to other restaurants. It's quite disappointing. I believe the Michelin sign on the restaurant's wall is an old silver plate left from the previous Phoenix City without being removed. It looks rusty, which might give a misleading impression. The dim sum was mediocre; only the deep-fried squid had decent quality and sufficient ingredients. The chive dumplings were ordinary, and the rice rolls were also not impressive. The filling in the BBQ buns was not substantial enough, and the Pu'er tea lacked a strong tea flavor. On the positive side, the waitstaff were attentive and provided thoughtful service. 叫了一碟咖哩牛腩飯 極之差勁 因為牛腩少之又少 只有一塊體積大小小 其他兩塊好似五元硬幣咁細 而且不是牛腩 而是牛肉塊 不值得去 関於免費送的熱奶茶 味道普通 而且不是港式奶茶 不過他們說是泰或奶茶 所以我都無問題啦…查看更多
